she is way smarter than him

She is smarter than all of that defense team put together.

When this is all over, I am going to send them gift cards for drinks at one of the local watering holes in Orlando as they are going to need it.

Is he on a time limit for his ignorant, desperate babble???

No, but he is doing a good job of making a fool out of himself again by quoting cases which are totally irrelevant to this case.

True, I was screaming that at the TV, lol.

'elimination of child' says Linda.  KC just sits like a stone.

Hate to lose Linda to academia, but she could impart a wealth of education. Her speech is so careful and calculated.

They can learn from her by her example.  She has found her 'calling' by being a very talented & passionate advocate for the victims.
She & Ashton make a very formidable team.  Wonder what their conviction rate is?

The Jury isn't present so KC isn't shaking her head, as in the past.

All the witnesses disparaged her character? She has no character except a skank.
Her own defense has been disparaging her since day one.  (What do they think calling her a liar repeatedly means?)
Her skankiness has been proven.  That's a fact, you wanna be Matlock!

Matlock only took on cases where he knew or believed his client(s) to be innocent. Wink

KC kind of flinched when Linda said "holding the child under the water" in the swimming pool.

O-M-G seriously?
Either I am totally confused on Florida laws or Cheney Mason has been around Hoser Bozo too long and needed to sit down and zip it after Dr G handed his adz back to him in a bag!

Unless Florida laws need huge changes a married adult does not become the legal responsibility of the spouse. In most cases even had a spouse tried to file a missing person report immediately they would get sent away after being told their adult spouse has that right to leave.

A child however, is a minor left in the care of an adult and does have laws in place holding who's listed on the birth certificate, or who has legal guardianship entirely responsible for taking precautions to keep that child safe. Which in my state also includes things like, if that person choses to willingly leave that child with a known danger and they've acknowledged or been proven to have knowledge that they knew of that danger, then that parent is at risk for child endangerment charges. If they do prove kc's theory, then she left Caylee alone with who she's accusing, how many times? Now that her daughter is dead, stack those charges and convict her and she won't be getting out anyway.

As Chainsaw Mason blabs away about not relative stuff he needs to explain how missing adult not reported and found in similar circumstances is even relevant to a case involving a baby. I assume there isn't a similar case, found not guilty involving a similar circumstances that did involve a baby and that speaks volumes.

Desperate and grasping is one thing, and obviously needed with this client, but desperate and grasping on the basis of non relevant cases and tying up the courts even longer has to be infuriating to JP.

KC was almost gleeful yesterday.  I'm sure she's happy that she won't be hearing any more bad stuff about what she did now that the prosecution is resting its case-in-chief.  Wrong!  In KC's world, she thinks it's behind her now and will convince herself that it's all good going-forward.  At least that's what I hope she thinks.  I think she's seen "some" reality, but I do NOT think that KC has accepted her true reality - yet.

Good morning Monkeys.
Puzzler, I agree with what you are saying.  I don't know how she will contain herself when bozo and company make the mistakes I anticipate they will be making.  Also, looking forward to the rebuttal.  I remain confident.

Chief Judge Perry asked Mason what evidence there is to back up claim of accident and Mason said none but it can't be ruled out

I can't help but notice JP's demeanor as he listens to the state and defense. He seems to be more attentive to the state's presentation. Anyone else notice that?
