You are right there, are alot of new homes which are being built or have recently been built,which are expensive. You don't have to travel to far south though to start and run into less affluent. I wonder if it is possible they use a more luxurious place as to attract the "big spenders" on the north end?  I know San Nicholas has it's  own, maybe the affluent have better digs? Maybe that's Paulus angle? I can even think up a slogan for his business

Yep, very possible but then would A. Cormier have called it a "brothel"?  That's where I get confused.  Seems like a "brothel" wouldn't be one of those nicer homes.  I do see your point about the big spenders and the nicer homes though.

I'm saying that Paulus lied when he told the court (or an investigator or the prosecutor of who ever), that he had picked up Joran and Natalee.

I am questioning the validity of the witness statements. The ones who said they saw Joran, Paulus, and Nat at the ATM at 4 AM.

All the way along there have been convient witnesses to validate lies and tales. The last statement I know of that Paulus made to the officals in this case is "I took Joran and Natalee to the HI".
I think it isn't the truth, just another lie until it is found to be a lie and then he will dream up another.

The court statement of the tapped phone call does not indicate who was on the phone call.

I'm just throwing out some of my opinions. And I do appreciate the challenges to those opinions. Makes me go back and review the case information.
