Kalpoe vs. Dr. Phil

The Defendants (Dr. Phil team) has just filed a 3RD Motion to Dismiss the case on October 6, 2011.  The document is 111 pages long, most due to case examples.  Here are page 1-3 and the conclusion to the motion:

Thanks for posting the documents Klaas.

It would be a good thing if the courts complied with the request of Phil McGraw's attorney to dismiss the defamation lawsuit filed by the Kalpoes.  However ... requests to the court to dismiss this case for non-compliance by the Kalpoe has been denied by the judge time and time again.  Why would this time be any different?

I wish the Kalpoes were drop the lawsuit but ... it appear that ain't gonna happen.

I am so tired of getting off and on the roller coaster of hope and dispair.  I have resigned myself that what will be will be.

Klaas ... if you are incurring any of the costs related to the posting of these documents ... please let me know by email.  I can donate attention to you through Red PO box.

Janet - thank you for your offer on the cost of the docs.  I'm not paying for them but a "monkey" who wishes to remain anonymous is.  I try and be careful which ones I order so as not to incur unnecessary costs.  Many of the documents files are nothing more than copies of other documents with just a one page change at the beginning.  Thanks for offering but I'm sure our anonymous monkey would decline the offer
