Bozo is wasting time on purpose WHY. Or is he just being a jerk?
Both.  I never knew he could multi task....
This is so irrelevant to this case and wasting the jurors time. Now would be a good time for them to get a nap in.

KC is looking a bit bored today!

She is not the only one who is bored.

TRANSCRIPT OF TAPED INTERVIEW OF GEORGE ANTHONY
CONDUCTED BY: DETECTIVE EDWARDS
CASE # 08-74777

<snipped>

A: Right, she had a pinkish color top. One of those, uh, one has a sleeve on it. She had her little sunglasses on, they was white rimmed sunglasses. Her hair was in a ponytail that day, I remember that very very well. And my daughter had a like decent pair of like dress slacks on, top that she could be wearing to be going to work. There’s not nothing unusual about the way she was dressed. I know she had a backpack full of stuff.

Q: What color were her um, slacks, do you remember?

A: Like a charcoal grey, like a pin stripe, like a pin stripe through it.

Q: Gray slacks.

When you consider the time lapse ... it amazes me how George Anthony is so detailed to what Casey and Caylee were wearing when the left the house on June 16th.

I doubt that my hubby could recall what I was wearing yesterday.

Janet
I was thinking the same, I do not even remember what i wore last week..I think that those pants have stains that indicated that casey killed caylee wearing those pants. He gave the detail description because he was 100% sure that those pants do not have evidence because cindy wash them

nobody ever said there was blood on the shovel
And she told Cindy and George she used it, granted she prob. lied about why she used it but they still said that she told them she used it.

THE SHOVEL - THE BAMBOO SHOOT

Neighbor testifies Casey Anthony borrowed shovel
updated 5/25/2011 5:21:35 PM ET 2011-05-25T21:21:35

<snipped>

Caylee was last seen on June 16, 2008. One of the grandparents' neighbors, Brian Burner, testified that Anthony asked him June 18 if she could borrow a shovel to "dig up a bamboo root." She returned the shovel about an hour later, he said.

<snipped>

VAN SUSTEREN: Does Casey say she borrowed a shovel from a neighbor?

CINDY ANTHONY: Yes.

VAN SUSTEREN: And what did she say her purpose of borrowing a shovel...

CINDY ANTHONY: To look (ph) for the bamboo.

VAN SUSTEREN: So to remove the bamboo, which grows very...

CINDY ANTHONY: Rapidly.

VAN SUSTEREN: ... Aggressively.

CINDY ANTHONY: Right. It does. And if we don't keep track of it -- if I don't get rid of that today, I'll have other shoots coming into the rest of the yard.

VAN SUSTEREN: Do you not have a shovel that she could have used?

CINDY ANTHONY: Yes, we do have a shovel she could have used. But if she was here and we weren't home -- George and I made a decision when we started locking the sheds this year because last year, Caylee wasn't able to do some of the things she can do this year. So we made a conscious effort to lock the sheds. We have three sheds.

What exactly is Beaz saying didn't have DNA on it?  The shovel? So would that mean we disbelieve the neighbor who testified that she borrowed it?

There wouldn't be blood on the shovel unless her body was punctured in some way. If he wants to keep with the drowning deal I think this is what he is trying to do. I think he is still sticking with garbage in the trunk as the smell, decomp, etc. I don't think the jury will buy it.

Was listening to the shows of last night.
I never once thought of kc putting Caylee into the bag a live.
That's what was discussed last night.

IF kc did that, she's worst of the worst.  "IF"

I literally felt sick hearing that so I had to turn it off! How sad!

I know ,I felt sick too ,I just don't want to believe that..
If she starts coloring  in a coloring book in court I'll be sick..

I did too and it brought back memories of Jessica Lundsford and I lost it when I watched the prosecution show the re-enactment, I won't post details but if anyone wants to see it and how this case is similar if she were bagged alive, here is the link. I will say it was the most effective close I had ever seen, but gutwrenching........and the POS did get the DP     I can't pull up the videos of this at work, but if you do you'll see why they were so effective.....if they decided to do this in Casey's trial I think it would guarantee the DP (but I would hope the Anthony's would leave the courtroom for this Sad

Some say bogging down a jury w/ 2 much science backfires. In past I've seen that some jurors LOVE it. But some don't GET it.

For the amount of time that Casey handled the shovel, to walk back to her house, and back to the Burner's house, with shovel in hand, and who knows what else she used it for, there would have to be touch DNA on at least the handle.   She cleaned it for sure, imo.

If I remember correctly -if it was a wood handle, wood is not normally conducive for testing for DNA markers.

Baez does know that touch DNA is not always detectable, right?  I thought ICA and admitted to using the shovel.

This is painfully boring.  Baez is just not very bright, is he.
