Yes and the fact neither side really questioned her nobody knows to much about her..Everyone just assumed she would not make the cut. Not because she was black but because of how she was answering questions like she had no idea what they were saying.

The prosecution asked to have her cut up front and on backstrike but the judge said no due to racial make up of the jury. KC is not black so why did it matter? JP may have screwed up this whole case over stupid affirmative action crap.

ON HLN, they are pretending that there was a paternity test.  And gloating that the jury was told this right before lunch.

I had someone mention to me yesterday that if one juror won't convict, that the others can vote them out.  I didn't think this is true in FL?  I thought the problem was about Farmville possibly "not being able to judge someone" (paraphrasing) and that she could keep away a conviction that way.

Also, on the chat associated with WESH's presentation of the trial, someone said (take with a grain of salt) that #4 has admitted to someone that she doesn't like the judge, that she didn't take any notes during state, but "copious" notes during defense.  Is this farmgirl?  If she did say she dislikes the judge, can she be replaced/removed?

Who would she admit that to? Only way they would know that is if someone in the jury room family members are talking to media?

I don't know.  It sounded credible, but it also sounds like something that would have to be proven to give it any credence.  I sure would like for it to be looked into.  Someone asked "where does it say she said that" and the person didn't answer.

OMG too funny Bill Schaeffer on WFTV's livestream is on a tear, saying that got us nowhere & is moving at a snail's pace.   He joked by the time this is over we will be sipping eggnog & is shaking his head in disbelief.

Thanks for the chuckle, sure needed it at this point.

The conversation is taking place both on the WESH website, and same conversation at https://www.facebook.com/plugins/live_stream_box.php?app_id=194723957219326&filter=pub_194723957219326-5006290522186&stream_id=5006290522186&height=800&width=700

Jeff made the point that no special "paternity" test was done and that both Anthonys were eliminated from the standard DNA test done on all close parties!!!

Glad he got that in as it is very important to nullify Baez's claim that it got so bad a apternity test was done.
YES, you get my point (and so did Jeff!)

George has never been eliminated. Never said it.

Was eliminated. Are we watching the same trial?
Did they not just say BOTH Anthonys were eliminated and NO special tests were ordered?

They said that on my TV, Wreck.  However I am wondering if the jury could find that in all the mumbo jumbo.
That's fine -- that is what closing arguments are for. The Prosecution will stress that point back to them then.

I don't see how any one of the jurors could not like Judge Perry. He takes care of them very well and always thinks of them first.

Those are things she said during jury selection. The note taking parts are from observers in the court room.

I have found several people on that chat are just trying to make trouble. I don't even look at it anymore and just follow the media tweets on the right side. Could be someone trying to start trouble for the jury. They are evidently clean so far because defense hasn't seem to get any taken off yet.

Who would she admit that to? Only way they would know that is if someone in the jury room family members are talking to media?
