This testimony is soooo much more believable than the duct tape was put on Caylee before or at time of death.  They should have stuck with we can't tell if she was actually dead at time it was applied or if it was soon after.

Yes!  Some speculate it may have been used on Caylee's wrists.  We don't know for sure tho.
