re: soil changes.. if Caylee's body was rotting while doubled bagged, wouldn't that make it less likely to see soil changes? Also, how much would the body (and bags) have moved if the area was flooded, and not properly buried? Not to mention, being picked apart at some point, the areas that may  have been exposed to decomp fluids wouldn't necessarily be localized..  right?

    He also wants to use this witness to attempt to say the duct tape was not used on Caylee.  Ashton is accusing the defense of trying to elicit an opinion that he did not give in his report at sidebar

Hey, I'm in my 40's with a 2 year old & exhausted.  Spend my days playing in sand and discussing why Daisy Duck doesn't wear pants & why Goofy talks & pluto doesn't.  If "I" can figure that out - the jury sure can!!!!
