I challenge any monkey to show where in another trial the wor "kerfuffle" was used.

I see the first known use of the word kerfuffle was in 1946. I wouldn't be surprised if Dr. Spitz takes credit for inventing it! Hahaha

Casey Anthony Trial: Defense Expert Calls Autopsy 'Shoddy'
By Steve Helling
Saturday June 18, 2011 01:35 PM EDT

A defense forensic expert told the jury in the Casey Anthony murder trial that he believed little Caylee Anthony's body had been moved by an unknown person after it decomposed.
Dr. Warner Spitz, a former medical examiner who consulted on the investigation into John F. Kennedy's assassination and more recently the O.J. Simpson and Phil Spector cases, also criticized the celebrity coroner in the Anthony case, calling her work "shoddy
 ::snipping2::

After Prosecutor Jeff Ashton was thru with Dr. Warner Spitz it was Spitz that was shown to be shoddy. How many times during the cross did Spitz say he did not know, he could not remember and he had no idea? Spitz was not even clear if he knew the specifics of the circumstances of Caylee's disappearance. During direct he kept confusing the names Casey and Caylee, not being able to differentiate between the two.

Spitz could also not remember how many interviews he did on the case. In an attempt not to look like a media whore, he basically lied on the witness stand and used the BS excuse, he could not remember. He actually stated that he did not remember an interview he did last week. Nice credibility.

In his testimony he basically stated that this case was high profile and should have had things done in it that would not be done in a lesser case. Spitz is enamored with high profile cases ... he is the Gloria Alrred of forensic ME's.

He was made to look like a babbling fool by days end with conspratorial plots that would make us believe that Lee harvy Oslwald took Caylee at the grassy knoll on Suburban dr and used duct tape after she had decomposed.

Yet another disasterous expert witness for the defense.

When JA was questioning Spitz on him liking high profile case....Were you involved in the Phil Spector case? Yes. Were you involved in the OJ case. Yes. Were you involved in the Menendez brother's case? No. I loved it when Mr. Ashton then says.....Didn't get that one?

KCJackie  Fantastic photos today!!  You ROCK!!   Thank you!

  YVW!

DITTO DITTO DITTO!!!  I had to walk away after that display(s) this morning. Rodriguez took the stand with an agenda right off the bat stating he was an unpaid consultant and it went down hill from there until Jeff once again brought some sanity to this circus!!  I am mentally in a much better place after taking some time away from the madness!!

Jose & Mason should hang their heads in shame.
This show's what idiot morons they are.

They knew Dr. S. is getting really to old and would be slaughtered on the stand, making him look like a fool.
They knew his memory not at all good.
That's what happens when you get old, the golden years....

I am at least 10 pages behind..if this has already been discussed....sorry!!  I wondered what the sequestration issue was about...

Mike DeForest - Local 6
Sequestration issue involved possibility Spitz saw Dr G's testimony while doing Local 6 TV interview. State agrees he didn't. #CaseyAnthony
