I am rewatching Dr Bill Rodriquez who founded the body farm with Dr Bass and I want to know.. why did he leave??? under what circumstances? does he have an axe to grind? Bobo called it junk science and now calls one of the co founders? my hinky is going off big time

He left because he started to testify to stuff not no his depo, so JBP is contemplating sanctioning Bozo.  They are doing a depo this afternoon and he will be back monday.

A defense forensic expert told the jury in the Casey Anthony murder trial that he believed little Caylee Anthony's body had been moved by an unknown person after it decomposed.
Dr. Warner Spitz, a former medical examiner who consulted on the investigation into John F. Kennedy's assassination and more recently the O.J. Simpson and Phil Spector cases, also criticized the celebrity coroner in the Anthony case, calling her work "shoddy

After Prosecutor Jeff Ashton was thru with Dr. Warner Spitz it was Spitz that was shown to be shoddy. How many times during the cross did Spitz say he did not know, he could not remember and he had no idea? Spitz was not even clear if he knew the specifics of the circumstances of Caylee's disappearance. During direct he kept confusing the names Casey and Caylee, not being able to differentiate between the two.

Spitz could also not remember how many interviews he did on the case. In an attempt not to look like a media whore, he basically lied on the witness stand and used the BS excuse, he could not remember. He actually stated that he did not remember an interview he did last week. Nice credibility.

In his testimony he basically stated that this case was high profile and should have had things done in it that would not be done in a lesser case. Spitz is enamored with high profile cases ... he is the Gloria Alrred of forensic ME's.

He was made to look like a babbling fool by days end with conspratorial plots that would make us believe that Lee harvy Oslwald took Caylee at the grassy knoll on Suburban dr and used duct tape after she had decomposed.

Yet another disasterous expert witness for the defense.

I wish the State could announce:  Spitz (the liar), Lee (the hider), and Kenny Baden (the media whore) ... were all involved in Spector One.    These people are a money hungry pack willing to say whatever needs to be said in order to get either fame, publicity, or money.  Sick!  I never thought Lee would ever get another TV gig after his sanction by Judge Fidler in LA ... but there he was on HLN yesterday.  Those TV head type shows just breed this crap.

Wow..I did not know the address on Suburban..it matches her date of birth..I would say no coincidence with Casey at the helm..she knew just what she was doing

Makes me wonder if thats why Casey kept telling her parents and Lee in the videos from prison that Caylee would be found or returned on her birthday. Was that a hint birthday and address where she was found is the same.  Diabolical woman......sl

Really weird for sure.  But is there anyway Casey could have know the address of that exact spot since there wasn't a house there?  Was that area plotted out for sale as lots?

Catching up via WFTV

I haven't completely turned on Cindy yet ... but ... I thought she came off so strong at first ... like she'd really seen the light!  Now I see her backsliding and claiming poor memory and trying to get out of the lies she told in 08 and 09!

Cindy you can either:

Tell the truth!  Tell the jury you were protecting your daughter at all costs and that's why you were lying!  Tell the jury you hate her for murdering Caylee ... but love her because she's your daughter.  People will understand that.

Or keep mouthing "I love you" to Casey ... claiming forgetfulness, poor memory, better memory now than back in 2008 ... and besmirching the memory of Caylee.  The beautiful child that you loved ... and Casey murdered.

Wonder how far back the computer forensics people went?  Casey would have had to look up the lot number.  And if I remember correctly, computer forensics went back to March.  This is either a coincidence ... or more proof of premeditation ... and premeditated way before anyone thought? ...

Just got caught up, thank you all for all the commentary of this morning. I really appreciate it, I "watched" listened to it on my iphone racing home to see the final smackdown by Jeff. Didn't get to see the beginning with the Rodriguez guy and Baez getting    by JP. Hopefully will be able to to watch that either tonight or in the morning. Just wanted to thank you all and thanks for the links and the laughs. In the car, listening to Dr Spitz saying the skull should have been opened up, just infuriated me. There was no brain and I am glad that Jeff asked about the hole to look through.

Still don't know what the old man was talking about a fracture on the inside of the skull. about that.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I asked earlier, never got an answer DID Dr G do an x-ray of Caylee's skull?? No need to open the skull to see a fracture if an x-ray was taken. TIA JSM
