I like Jim Hammer as a legal analyst. But I always thought the affable Bernie Grimm and the grammatically challenged Ted Williams were two of the weakest legal analysts on television ...  dating all the way back to the early stages of the Natalee Holloway case.

So you can imagine my surprise when I saw them on a Fox News panel once again b/c I would have thought that Fox News would have decided not to renew their contracts years ago.

Then this is further exacerbated by using Dr. Baden as an unchallenged expert when he and his wife have ties to the defense team.

I tell you who had a good (and balanced) show on Fox News ... it was Jeanine Pirro. Her two hour special on Saturday was very well done.

Vinnie...the next time Linda Kenny-Baden comes on your show sporting her newest face lift, please reference & read this article.  Wonder what happened?  Did the fame & money tarnish her & her husband???  Vinnie, we are not stupid bloggers...we have read all of the discovery...tapes, depositions, etc..  But, we are really sick of CNN, HLN, etc. having these people coming on the shows insulting our intelligence with their very obvious lies.  Let's be fair to this child who had a right to live.  Let not let this child's death be for no reason....WE NEED TO MAKE THE LAWS STIFFER FOR PARENTS WHO MURDER THEIR CHILDREN ...NOT GIVE THEM A PASS.   It should be a mandatory LWOP.....not a couple of years & call it fancy words like FILICIDE!!!!   These are murderers to the worst degree.  Thank you for what you are doing for Caylee & hug your children for all of us who appreciate your sincerity when you remind parents to do the same.

Turbo, you and Klaas have done some awesome fact finding on this. I think it's huge, in the big picture. Another expert who has credibility issues and maybe an ax to grind with maybe his feeling that his contributions weren't recognized. Just like Bozo who fancies himself a great atty. Baez may have also been planning on using the guy to slam some of the more recent work from TBF. If Baez thought he could get someone with some letters behind the name to slam Vass, he'd be all over it.

Even if Baez wanted him for his rogue duct tape theories and whatever else, it's highly suspicious to try and lay groundwork that he's got some authority or clout that he really doesn't.

I just said the same thing to my mom today, play that "you are my sunshine" song in Casey's jail cell 24 hrs a day and upon the day of her lethal dose, all people who come to view her being put to death put duct tape on theirs mouths so that's the last thing she sees.
