Holy shitake! I just found a cached site that lists expert witnesses. It's a long read but seriously interesting. An expert can make up to $7000 an hour being consulted on court cases & taking the stand. This site, if you scroll down, lists over 600 expert witnesses. They are entered into data bases. Several well known names are on this list. Just scroll down...

And if you remember PS trial #1, IIRC some of the experts had billed $50,000 and up....I had account (someone who we ran their investment a/c whom I talked to often) , an expert in wound ballistics who I called after I learned from AJ, that Lana had no soot on either of her hands.....anyway we got into a long discussion about paid experts, and he told me most of the names we hear most often, Baden, DiMaio, Lee, Spitz, Wecht were a disgrace to his profession and would basically say anything for money....I could find his email and post it and redact his name, although some of the info was over the phone. Again, you reap what you sow and God forbid I was ever on a jury when one of these testified, it would take everything in me not to share with the other jurors what I dug up on all of them.

WOW~Great job finding that. I listened to David Smith the other night, and he stated the same thing, Susan never game any indication she was anything more than a loving and great mother....until a man came into the picture that didn't want kids, she wanted him and to have a good time so the in her mind instead of divorce, letting David have the kids she did the unthinkable. Pure evil around us, and we rarely know until it's too late and I know this from my own experience with my son's father, ppl still can't believe what he did, but my son nor I will ever forget.....I still track that weasel and he is now in Delray Beach, FL working on the beach, so anyone that lives near there, stay away from the Atlantic Avenue crossover unless you want to come into contac with another sociopath and FTLOG anyone with kids stay away from that part of the beach.

I saw him too im ! People call these women sick who kill their children....they are just self-centered women who think only of themselves. They put what they want and need above all else. The day I became a mother was the end of my ever coming first...it was always my child and what was best for my child that came first ...shoot, he is 19 yrs old and he still comes first lol

It is disgusting , isn't it? I found myself hoping yesterday that someone on that jury remembered Dr. Spitz from one of the previous cases he was a part of and filled the rest in....Shame on these people.....all I can say is Karma baby...its a bitch!

Vinnie...the next time Linda Kenny-Baden comes on your show sporting her newest face lift, please reference & read this article.  Wonder what happened?  Did the fame & money tarnish her & her husband???  Vinnie, we are not stupid bloggers...we have read all of the discovery...tapes, depositions, etc..  But, we are really sick of CNN, HLN, etc. having these people coming on the shows insulting our intelligence with their very obvious lies.  Let's be fair to this child who had a right to live.  Let not let this child's death be for no reason....WE NEED TO MAKE THE LAWS STIFFER FOR PARENTS WHO MURDER THEIR CHILDREN ...NOT GIVE THEM A PASS.   It should be a mandatory LWOP.....not a couple of years & call it fancy words like FILICIDE!!!!   These are murderers to the worst degree.  Thank you for what you are doing for Caylee & hug your children for all of us who appreciate your sincerity when you remind parents to do the same.

These paid "expert" defence witnesses need to be challenged/exposed when it is obvious that their testimony has everything to do with distracting from the truth ... everything to do with preventing justice from prevailing.

Bug Boy's experiment rendered the car useless as it could never be cleaned up enough.
The conditions were not the same as he didn't triple bag the pig or wrap it in a blanket.
Plus the climate differences and the different type of vehicle.
With all his education, why was this the best he could do ?
It was an attempt at a hoax. After all of his jibber jabber and the drawing of little pictures and the maggots, ugh , that was what I took away from his entire testimony.   
Poor bug boy, how is he going to live that one down ?

You mentioned the Vince Foster case. In my view, the evidence shows this was NOT a suicide. If one commits suicide with a revolver, it is common to have soot deposits on the web between the thumb and index finger on ONE hand (the hand that held the gun in the  mouth -- the thumb and index finger encircling the distal end of the cylinder -- and getting the soot from the ring of gasses that leaks out between the barrel and clinder). The other hand fires the gun (with fingers around the back of the grip and trigger pulled by the thumb) has no way to pick up soot. The autopsy of Vince Foster had soot on the thumb-index finger web/palm area of BOTH hands -- which could have happened if he was using both hands trying to prevent somebody from sticking a gun barrel in his mouth -- but certainly NOT if he were sticking the gun in his mouth himself. Christopher Ruddy's book "The Strange Death of Vincent Foster -- An Investigation" (Free Press -- a Division of Simon Schuster - 1997) you will find a similar conclusion.
 
I have largely retired from testifying in cases: it just got too busy and the hectic schedule was a pain. Also, travel became far less fun after 9/11.
 
In my practice of forensic wound ballistics,  I found profoundly disturbing the high percentage of " respected  experts" who  will testify to just about anything the lawyer who hired them wishes.

Did Caylee have health insurance?  I know they say she was never sick but she had to go to the dr. for vaccinations. Alot of them too.  I am over protective of my 2 year old and believe me I am Mrs. Wet Ones.  She's been sick plenty!

If not did she have a medical card?  How did Casey pay for it and how did she keep it from her parents if she didn't.  If she said she didn't have benefits through work I can't believe they would "believe" that an event planning job at Universal Studios did not provide health insurance.
