I keep wondering, with Rodriguez's education & all of his contributions, why would he feel the need to embellish? His experience & contribution speaks for itself. His extensive background in research & education is exemplary. Maybe he feels as though he cofounded the BF based on his entomological contribution? I know Bass ran it but when I compare their Curriculum Vitae, you can see when more cadavars were added and the concentration became more focused on the insect activity, more precisely Blowflies & their revolving life cycles. Something just bothers me bc the FBI & the Dept of Armed Forces & Defense, etc wouldn't utilize him if he's a true liar. I'm thinking, when he speaks of cofounding, maybe it's in reference to all of the original team that assisted in the research & was headed by Bass...like when Bass got approval to add more cadavars & land, not the original when there was just 1 cadavar. In other words, the Body Farm as we know it today. Literally just wondering...

I guess to me the biggest question with MR R and the young bud dude is..why are you going after the testimony of people that have supported you and worked with you in the past?

Not asking about Dr Spitz..because he sold his soul to the media and the highest bidder in these cases long ago.

But I am still wondering why someone who works with the federal government and military in his capcity is even testifying for the defense?   Even if he is a consultant to the federal government he would have to sign contracts with them. Aren't there restrictions in federal employees getting involved in cases like this..if they weren't involved in the investigative stages and are not requested by the family of governmeant employees or the State?

Does this mean every government employee can become a defense witness for "not hire", since he so carefully added he wasn't paid?

Not sure what the SOC means but CYBRARIAN means cyber librarian.  It is their nickname just like Alagary is your nickname.  So soccybrarian is just another person on the internet and who they are in real life we don't know for sure and can only suspect they are sympathetic to the defense.

In IE8 - go to "TOOLS" - scroll down to "Compatibility View Settings". Click on it and a box will pop up --the put a checkmark in "Display all websites in comptibility view"

I've been wondering what is going through Casey's mind after court each day. I think I've figured it out.....

I'd bet money she wishes she had just held Caylee down in the pool and then, after making sure she was gone, called 9-1-1.

Of course, with all the "hoopla" afterward, it might have interfered with her spending the night with Tony, which seems to have been her priority.

Hi all before I call it a night I have been wondering why some one with Mr. Rodriguez's credentials would feel the need to boast his resume and make sure we all knew from the start that he was doing this for free.  I hate to say this but I think some how Baez cried to him about him being a hispanic with this very important case and how he is be picked one and after all Mr. Rodriguez is a hispanic. So he played the race card with Rodriguez. We all have heard Baez say time and time again he is the first hispanic to try such a high profile case.  I wouldn't put it pass him to cry and whine how LE is out to get him and tell him how they are framing Casey.  Just a thought.

I don't understand that at all. He is as far as I know well respected in the field. That is why when someone asked about it and said he testified on the stand he was the co-founder I kind of freaked out. I am no expert on the Body Farm but I do know the players and I do know who he is and what his role was there. I have not looked at his bio, but I can tell you he did not even graduate from college until 1981. By the time he received his Ph.D. I am almost sure he was in Louisana working for a coroner there. Take what I say with a grain of salt because much of it is from memory with no links to back it up, but I do believe if you look hard enough you will find my info is accurate. I am actually a little sad that a man with his credentials would embellish his credentials by telling something that is so easily verified.

If I heard him right in his testimony he said something like him and Dr. Bass were in his office and they decided, blah, blah, blah like he was a colleague of Dr. Bass. He was NEVER a colleague to my knowledge but a student. He also said when THEY started it he poured concrete and built the fence. I don't know about the concrete, but there was no fence when the Body Farm first started.
