Im going to guess because he is always mindful of the jury and if he wants to throw Baez in the slammer for a few days, that will affect the jury!

Colonel Sanders wanted the judge to give the jury a reason for why there's a new witness on the stand.  The judge asked him if he wanted him to tell the truth!  lol

This testimony is going to be so bogus, I can hardly wait for  on cross

The splitting the skull is a non issue & totally unnecessary in this case.  What was seen on autopsy is all that needed to be seen

Unbelievable that defense is allowed to get away with this unethical behavior and the Jury gets no inkling what just occured.

Cheney Mason will do the direct on Dr Spitz.

Judge Perry gets a break from Jose Baez games.

She saw the true Baez early on after her arrests.  All those days she spent the entire day at his office, she sized him up.....he's just like ME!! (In her hap py voice)  They are both diabolical imo, this crap has been planned all along.  They stalled until the State gave them everything they had to figure out their ambushes.  I hope CJBP gives everything he can as punishment for Baez.
