Gee, wouldn't that be a novel idea in a Court of Justice. Getting to the truth as to what happened to little Caylee and what Casey did to her. What a slap at Mason and the Defense with that comment by Perry insinuating that they are not telling the truth and not interested in the truth.

Probably has a lot to do with the defendant's rights?  Just guessing.

It's a death penalty case. If Baez's actions obviously violate KC's ability to a fair trial because of punitive actions toward him, it could become an appellate issue.  JMO.

Bozo still there at the table with his loved ones.  JP should have told the jury the truth about why he was changed like he asked Mason if he wanted him too.  Anyone catch the paleness on Bozos face while jury returning?  Classic!

Watch out for this Dr. Spitz...he is a snake in the grass...and shameless self promoter...his son is awesome and seems principled...but this guy thinks he is THE smartest man in the world and he will let you know.

OMG this guy is straight out of the 19th century.  I'm sorry but if your medical training happened more than 60 years ago, you would not be on my expert witness list.... (no offense to any senior citizen monkeys.....)

That's what I was thinking! AND...they knew since Baez was new, he could get away with more! If CM had tried that same thing, he wouldn't have gotten any mercy....because he's been around long enough to know better. UGH! They pizz me off!

Hey ya Tracy!   Im not concerned at all with this prune, he's going to fabricate crap for the defense & the State will totally discredit him on cross, possibly even including his shoddy work in other cases.
