Spitz was denied being present during autopsy.

Spitz saying that it is customary.

Customary? I am guessing it would depend on what the State law says about the autopsy process. Look for Dr. G to take the stand again in the States rebut to discuss.

Dear Dr. Spitz, this is not 1930's Berlin Germany or the EU ... its called the United States of America.

Not customary at all & Caylee was not identified so he had no business  being at an autopsy of a victim that was not identified to be connected to this case.   These experts were contacted PRIOR to Caylee's remains even being found.
