Casey's protruding forehead isnt upset its anger, she's attempting to force her face to convey something else.   Her turning away is inconsistent & if it truly upset her she would not be able to control her upset....notably she didnt even attempt to appear upset on the three year anniversary of Caylee's death, according to her lie by accidental drowning versus what it is murder by Casey's hand.

Let's talk about when he was the medical examiner and he called a homicide a suicide..because he didn't take the time to view the crime scene properly, the blood trajection..and totally missed a second bullet hole in the corpse...and the vics family took a peice of this old man's ass for it..can you imagine someone telling you your son committed suicide when he was murdered..and there was a witness to the murder..and a witness at the scene when he arrived and saw he didn't do his job properly at the crime scene or in the autopsy?  The man is an old fool who should have retired and played golf long ago.

Who in their right mind would want this man's opinion on anything if he can't tell the difference between a homicide and a sucide/
