unbelievable......one old fart who can't hear asking questions of another old fart who can't hear...can you rule out suicide?  I hope the jury took insult to that!!

Yeah.......... Dr. Frankenstein needs Baez as Egor rather than Mason. Besides, I like to watch the steam coming out of Baez's ears during cross. Mason's just going to blow out his hearing aide.

I think it is valid to question.  Have you ever heard about suspension of disbelief in regards to watching a movie.  I'm always questioning how realistic parts of movies are and my husband explained you have to kinda go with it.  I feel like this is what the defense is hoping for, that we will all suspend any disbelief and hold on common sense and reality to buy Casey's story.  Well we all know how far buying Casey's story got George and Cindy .

Maybe that explains the sideshow of experts.  Just when you think it can't get any weirder, it does.  It's so unreal that you get away from simple facts...like there is NO reason for there to be duct tape on a child!

And during a time while that entire neighborhood was swamped with camped out reporters and people. One minute trying to link duct tape to George, I dare say George would be able to sneak away with all the media attention to place duct tape on Caylee and next minute trying to blame Kronk for moving the body and what? He broke into George's shed to steal duct tape?

IMO Werner Spitz is willing to bend the truth a bit.  It is he who was solely responsible for Andrea Yates winning her appeal after she was convicted of first degree murder.  Spitz testified that Yeats had seen a documentary concerning women who drown their children which was shown a week or so before she killed her own children.  He said he knew this because he had participated in producing the documentary.  There was a slight problem.  The documentary had not been shown prior to Yeats drowning her children.  Her appeal was based and won on that and some other things, but it was that misrepresentation which got her a second trial at which she was found not guilty by reason of insanity. 

I have no respect for these "Hired guns" like Spitz and Lee.  Any story will do so long as the pay is good enough.  IMO we're seeing a demonstration of that principle right now.  After all, LKB was said to have told that so-called witness yesterday that there was no money now, but there would be money later.  Books? Movies? TV shows? TV series?

On that NBC show last night, most of which I didn't watch, Dateline, whatever, she appeared at the end sitting on a stool wearing some kind of orange sweater pulled over her butt.  This woman should not wear orange pulled over her butt.  In fact, she needs to call Nutrasystem or Weightwatchers at once.  I wonder while they were doing her face, they didn't tackle that ample rear with their liposuction apparatus.

I don't know with a mother like Casey "suicide" might be an option. What a dumb thing to ask him.
I have a headache this am and this is not helping.

I swear Dr Old Fart made them ask him that because of being sued and run over by a family where he called a homicide a suicide when he was a medical examiner..yeah..he's always been that good.

Duct tape would not adhere to a soap-like surface.

And anythhing could have happened during a hurricane which the jurors know.  At least I hope they do.  #4 is a constant cause for concern.
