Ashton: What is your understanding of events the last time she was seen alive?

Spitz: I don't know I had any facts when she was alive.

Ashton: Would you not agree that Dr. G had more info than you upon reaching her conclusions?

Spitz: I read her report. I was aware of what she was.

Ashton: What did she say?

Spitz: I don't recall.

When Dr Spitz was retained by the defense to do an autopsy he was never told of any accidental drowning of Caylee.

Needless to say it was a made up scenario by the defense well after the fact.
