Although I live in the same state as this so-called Dr., I am beyond thrilled that all our criminal autopsies are performed by an excellent little organization - the Michigan State Police Forensics Dept., whose members are trained in testimony. They've never let us down like this senior fool has.

Dr. Dude, please move across the river to Windsor. I'm afraid your ego isn't big enough for this state. You are combative, egotistical and arrogant. You are doing your "team" no favors.

It doesn't and I don't think the position of the head (espeically facing upwards) is inconsistent with the state theory in any way.
