Let's cut to the chase Dr Spittoon....what did that residue you claim to be so important tell you?   What that the remains of a murdered child were on their side...and so what?

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HANDLE the remains of this child during a State autopsy of an unidentified body!!!!   Now, you are making claims about duct tape - well it was on her hair & the circle pattern speaks for itself....okay Im breathing with confidence knowing the State will deal with this crap, just venting.

Come on Doc Frankenstein! If it was on the hair, it was on the skin!!!

I don't know about Casey, but listening to this testimony about the autopsy my tears are genuine.

"nothing on the bone that would suggest duct tape".... nothing on the duct tape to suggest placement on the skin...

first off, there IS NO SKIN LEFT.  second, the body was out in the elements for how long? third, the duct tape wasn't placed on top of bone, you a$$hat!!!

Casey, you are so transparent.

I've been watching and she's got it down to an art: It's a four step process:
1.  Wipe face or eyes with Kleenex
2.  Stick out lower jaw while inhaling
3.  Flare nostrils
4.  Examine Kleenex

http://losangelestrials.blogspot.com/2009/02/phil-spector-trial-dr-werner-spitz.html

"THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2009

Breaking news....Renowned witness, Dr Werner Spitz, was on the stand today and was confronted by DA Alan Jackson regarding how much money he was being paid by Phil Spector. Basically he flipped out on the witness stand, causing Judge Larry Paul Fidler, to ask all parties to remain calm. It was unbelievably scary! Some of the jurors actually looked frightened at the craziness of the witness...ladies and gentlemen...welcome to the Phil Spector Trial....stay tuned for more details!!!!!!!!!!!!"

We may see something similar when Jeff does his cross examination. Spitz is a loose cannon!

Spitz did say that the duct tape was loosly on the face.

Well with a lack of soft tissue and skull that was skeletonized, i think we can draw a conclusion as to where the duct tape initially was.

Casey's protruding forehead isnt upset its anger, she's attempting to force her face to convey something else.   Her turning away is inconsistent & if it truly upset her she would not be able to control her upset....notably she didnt even attempt to appear upset on the three year anniversary of Caylee's death, according to her lie by accidental drowning versus what it is murder by Casey's hand.

I would love to read an expert's (but dear Lord, not a defense expert's) analysis of her body language.  The puckered brow is definitely not grief.  Nor is the one hand shielding her face.  When you are upset, you bury your face in your hands.  She looks like my kids when they are making a big show about not peeking when walking past the Christmas tree at 4 AM Christmas morning to "go to the bathroom."

So who is he thaying plathed the duct tap on the skull? He is implying it was place to keep the lower jaw in place? By the crime scene investigators?

I just think that unless he says something really clear cut, the jury will rely on their common sense.  Fortunalty, Dr. G's testimony was consistent with common sense.

Dr Spittoon just made an ascertain that he would have expected DNA on the duct tape, despite the flood & 6 months going by....that is NOT credible at all

I'm with you.  The duct tape speaks for itself regardless of expert witness theories.

he did a very scientific experiment....  putting duct tape on his skin, and ripping out his arm hair.    how much did Bozo pay for that bit of science?

The duct tape was never pulled off.  Why is he talking about it being pulled off?  DNA decays right, just like the rest of her body did.
