Does anyone recognize the area of beach those men are walking in the photo from the newspaper?  Is it near the lighthouse?

Can't be 100% sure, but it does look like the area near the lighthouse.  The dunes area that was searched before.

This case could be wrapped up in a week ... with signed confessions revealing the truth from all the main suspects if a team of Monkeys were flown to Aruba rather than the Team of Dutch investigators.   Wink

I for one would volunteer as an interrogator.  Just ask my eldest son ... he will vouch for my qualifications.  He is now 37 years of age but he still cannot comprehend how his mother knew when he was lying as a teen and ... he still trembles at her interrogation techniques that alway got the truth out of him.

Janet

Ahh Janet, you're sooo right.  A mother's intuition is more reliable than lie detector test.  My son and I laugh about that all the time.

Having all these full time investigators work on this for 30 weeks I hope they looked at everything and seperated what was complete BS...Including the Arubay-Bay Vids..They probably arent in the mood for wild goose chases all over that island and in the sea..

Klaas,

Maybe I should have used the word "speeding" instead of ''tearing."

*don't go there*

You're right J4N, tearing and Anita VDS in a blouse has left a horrible picture tatoo'd on my brain.  LOL

Same here Klaas. If we hadn't seen so many of their charades before it would be a little easier to believe.

Evening Monkeys, reading the good news about the Dutch investigators. I sure hope something will come of it, though I can't possibly imagine what they could find marching through those dunes yet again!

An article in Amigoe today indicates that the Dutch discovered something while going through all the evidence sent to the Netherlands months ago and that has caused them to send all these agents to Aruba.

And there first stop was at the Noord Police Station?? Hopefully the first person they talked to was dennis jacobs..

Oh, great.  Two of my favorite females mentioned on the same page:  (not)  Anita and Karen J.  Blech!!!  Liars with no sense of right from wrong.

Exactly.

I'm not reserving judgement or anything else when it comes to Karen.  No holding back.  Don't care if Jossy sees her as wearing a white hat or not.  She showed her true colors, IMHO.  If, by some miracle she did come through for Natalee, well, then I'd eat that white hat.

I never liked KJ from day one.  She was in charge of the investigation.  I don't want to hear that she did not know Dennis Jacobs was a dirty cop.  He was right by her side last week in that picture and it is obvious they are buddies.  That says a lot.

And I'll always remember Nancy Grace in disblief that KJ would go on vacation at the most crucial time in this case.  As a prosecutor in a place so corrupt as Aruba, she probably knew her services wouldn't really be needed.

Initially we questioned why it would take ten investigators to come in and close a case. It didn't make sense. It only takes one talking head to close a case.

Anybody think this second wave of policeman may have been part of the plan all along?

The skeptical side of me -- yes Sad

Like they think if they get 'everyone' to say the same thing, we'll have to believe them Rolling Eyes We'll think they tried even harder  Evil or Very Mad

Hope that side of me is wrong.

I hope they aren't pinning the whole case on what they find in the sands of Aruba. The have plenty of evidence in Holland. In fact, they have two of their perps sitting right there in their back yard. They need to haul their butts in and talk to them real hard.
