Kimmy - I'm not bleached, but "mamasan" isn't "my mamma" ... I think a sort of Japanese version of the Madam of the House. (And there can be "papasans" to in the same line of work ... )

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mama-san

A mama-san, or mamasan, is a woman who works in a supervisory role in certain establishments in East Asia, typically those related to sex work, but sometimes in drinking places as well. Papa-san may be used to refer to a man in a similar position. The drag-dressing male proprietors of okama bars are also commonly referred to as Mama-san.

And I never remember hearing that rumor, bleached. If you run across it again, please post. I can see where that would be an interesting point.

Thanks, Art.  Yes, we do love her.  Incidentally I have a friend in Tennessee who has shown me holes that her border has dug for her roses.  She says the problem is that once she gets the roses in the ground, the dog wants to keep digging holes, and she is out of plantings.

Honestly, I think she might be looking for moles/voles and maybe as she gets old (you know we understand how that works) she will be less interested in the chase (or the game as young girls are wont to call it).

Yes, Tyler!
Yes, she'll settle down as she gets older! and YES..I know very well how that works, roflmao!

The Border Collie in Tennessee is a hoot! Heck, your friend could have a whole nursery planted in no time at all!

Aw, your little girl sounds like she is just wondeful. She'll give you many years of joy!

I resorted to having a huge fenced in yard for mine AWAY from the garden, lol! However, they have eachother so they don't seem to mind it. I have noticed that the hole digging is done in the middle of their yard, though. They never try to dig out. Only the Bichon. She dug out once, got scared and tried to dig back in. She's not done that since Laughing

Kimmy, I thought I answered you and I apologize because I do not see my answer here.  Sometimes I do more than a dozen things at once, and later realize I never hit submit, or went to another window and closed one unintentionally while not finished, but I appreciate your response.

My shortest child is 6-2.  He would be the of the ones in fear of a pot rack hitting his head more than spilling something hot.  I do have grandchildren but they are not allowed to push buttons above their heads --- yet.  Of course, they are boy so they expect me or their fathers (usually) and sometimes their mother, to heat up things for them.  Their mummies are not as domesticated as their dads.

Well, I don't think she would have left with any of them but that she was drugged.  I think she might have had a drink which made her vulnerable, and she went back in to find her friends, who were by now gone and she was dazed and Deepak was handy, and she had no way to turn, no way to hide.  She was trapped like a caged animal.

This situation at Johnson Space Center is very, very scary! Mad

The POTUS has been notified, and likely very serious if they have notified the President.
