Our good judge is being tested by Baez. He just accused Baez of being unprofessional, because he didn't have a back up witness ready.  I love how he is so solicitous of his jury.  It shows how the type of man he is.

  I really can't believe what we are seeing!  Manipulation has no place in a court room....yet we see it time and time again.  CJBP really needs to lay down the law and STICK WITH IT!!   I can't bear to hear him talking of "doing this again".

That's what I don't understand.  The first time is a warning.  After that, discipline!

This judge patiently is trying to protect the record & not show that he flew off the handle & that his sanctions and admonishments are proper.   He doesnt want error or a mistrial if he can help it, if it was left to him not to be concerned over these matters he'd impose more without hesitation.

Why is Mason allowing Baez to get away with this stuff?

To me this is not  dirty tricks..just shoddy workmanship on Baez part.

Why hasn't Mason told him to pepare for trial properly? 

Doesn't Mason see this reflects badly for himself too?

It is Baez case but Mason is the death qualified attorney..so why is he allowing someone on their team to do this stuff..my mouth is gaping.

Could some kind monkey please explain to me what is going on?  How did this start this morning? The witness wasn't in, thus JP was pissed and is sanctioning Baez? Or does this have to do with not giving the witness's opinion to the state the other day?  Thus since that guy still can't testify yet, Baez isn't ready with another witness?
