ORLANDO, Fla. -- A woman who said she had an affair with George Anthony after growing close to him during the search for his missing granddaughter has been subpoenaed to testify in his daughter’s murder trial.

Krystal Holloway received a subpoena to testify for the defense at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday. That does not mean she will be called on Tuesday.

In an interview with Local 6 reporter Tony Pipitone, Holloway said she is upset the defense used her as a "scapegoat” in its opening statements.

Turbo, this is awesome! A witness is only as good as their testimony. If they fabricate even one little iota, then their testimony should be discredited and tossed!

On Monday, prosecutors also got a list of video that Casey's defense team intends to introduce as evidence. It includes photos that Cindy Anthony reportedly sold to 48 Hours, plus video of Casey and Caylee in the family living room and of their bedrooms.

There's also video taken by psychic Gale St. John, who walked her dog on the street past the site of Caylee's remains, months before they were found and her dog didn't react.

The animal was not certified in police work of any kind.

Casey also faces a civil trial stemming from her accusation that a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez (Zanny) took Caylee.

A woman with the same name is suing Casey. Originally, that trial was set for August, but has been postponed until next February, at the request of Casey's attorneys.

As part of the case, the attorney for the real Zenaida Gonzalez has requested that Casey admit in writing that Caylee drowned, and to admit that the story about "Zanny's" alleged abduction of Caylee was fabricated, and that Gonzalez had nothing to do with the alleged abduction.
