For goodness sakes, they have had 3 years to prepare! I hope the next item the Judge will forbid is texting. Baez texting means person, an unknown entity, not sworn in, to the Court is texting and exchanging information that is helping the defense in real time with  background information, or questions to ask or strategy or only things only God knows. This IMO is an unilateral breach of ethics that I have never seen. Defense attorneys always seem to be the butt of jokes, but this is a disgrace to the profession!

The way Baez keeps throwing JP's the sword and the shield comment back at the judge must really be making him more and more angry.  Anyone knows that when you are chastised by a person in power, you never use their words back at them, it shows an utter lack of disrespect.  He has thrown that in JP's face in a court of law twice today and I don't know how many other times.  How many times would of any of you repeat your parents admonishments back to them, to argue your point?  Baez is so out of his league that if this wasn't a murder case, any judge would deal with him immediately and in a severe manner.  The judge is the only one at this point looking out for you Casey and you better be aware of it.  Such a mess that our whole nation is again seeing the work of a defense attorney make such a mockery of our court system and the memory of a darling Caylee Marie who will always be almost three...........

I really don't think that will happen at this rate. Maybe that is why they are stalling? Who in the world are they going to call? I don't know how many people they have on the witness list, I know the state had 300 and didn't come close to calling them all, I bet the defense will call every person on their list

Darn!  Bill Scheaffer just said it was unlikely that Baez would spend any time in jail....only monetary, for sanctions.    Darn!

Yep, little chuckles here and there.....hope she feels the same in prison.   Sad thing is, she probably will.

Cappy, she loves that all this fuss is about her, just her.  Oh my, look how important I am that the judge needs to watch out for me.  She is truly evil and if she ever gets out, I would be scared to death for anyone near her.  I don't know how any of them touch her or sit near her, I would be afraid of bolts of lightning.  This is Casey's world and she doesn't care HOW, it is about HER, just as long as it is about HER.

you know Bozo is too egotistical and a tool to let JP tell him what to do.  I'm surprised he hasn't lashed out at him verbally.  He just seems to me to be the kind of person that has to get the last word in and thinks he's always right, and in those rare instances when he knows he's wrong he'll argue for hours just to win (ironic huh!)  I'm just waiting for him to "REALLY" mouth off to jp and get taken behind the ole' woodshed!
