Bill Sheaffer just said on his chat live that Dr. Rod will not be testifing...first because of the deceit of claiming to be Co-founder of BF and second because in his depo on Saturday he stated that Caylee hadn't been moved - had been in same place since late June/early July!

Shoot..if he was ready to testify that Caylee had not been moved that would have been good for the prosecution..even though he is a defense witness.

William Rodriguez was a student under Dr. Bass and conducted research at the facility in the early and mid 80s. He was a major assistant in the early years, but was by no means a co-founder
