Bill Sheaffer just said on his chat live that Dr. Rod will not be testifing...first because of the deceit of claiming to be Co-founder of BF and second because in his depo on Saturday he stated that Caylee hadn't been moved - had been in same place since late June/early July!

thanks Babs...I was on the phone and missed most of that!!   what a shame the jury will never know about this.  So was he gonna lie until all this came out in the open???

wow - more likely for the dna to decompose if the tape was in contact with the decomposing flesh.  Totally helped the state.  i like this guy, I think he was at least honest in his opinions.

But he was on there long enough to state some opinions about the location/placement of the duct tape and IMO the jury should not consider this liars testimony in regard to that.  He obviously had an agenda.

Well WFTV seemed to be taking all the credit for un-covering Dr. Rod's deception re:  the co-founder business!  Perhaps a monkey or two should shoot them a note/reminder about what "OUR MONKEY'S" had already discovered!
