This incident was reportedly witnessed by people that were in the house at the time.  Tracy, Rob, a friend of George's from Ohio.  Discussed many time even prior to River Cruz getting involved.

From the way I see this "incident"...the Pros. would only use this to IMPEACH George.....how would this help to convict ICA?
Does this make sense?  IMO there is a lot of 'noise' that is interesting to us & helped us draw certain conclusions about all of the A's...but it isn't evidence to show that ICA killed her baby Caylee.

Why were these  witnesses to the incident not called to testify on behalf of the State?  The defence's allegations that George had first-hand knowledge regarding the happenings encompassing Caylee's demise and was a participant in the disposal of her remains could be negated once and for all.
