I thought they were going to call Dr. Boch? I know JP  is trying to protect the case, just very aggravated with all the delays. I have a busy week ahead and was hoping this would be going to the jury this week.

I agree.....I know JP is ensuring there will be no grounds for a successful appeal...but it sure looks like it leans to one side.....the defense. She is the only one that has any rights...anyone else is fair game to be stomped on, lied about and have their lives trashed....

Simms doesn't know how to get a number for evidence, or how to enter evidence, or how to convey a page number vs. a bates stamp, etc, etc etc.............

My God, the defense team could have requested a rehearsal in the court room on how everything functions before trial

I'm almost believing she would be better than the team she's got.  At least she'd be entertaining.  We could have a drinking game everytime she said I or me...

I thought they were going to try to use her as the scapegoat for Spittle's assertion that some of the photos showing the hair on Caylee's skull had been manipulated by investigators or medical examiner's office.
