Two things you don't want to see if you are a witness in this case for the defense.

1.  When JA asks you a question and his hand is in his pocket or is putting it there while he is asking.
2  When LDB asks you a question and she scrunches her eyebrows down.  Not up...when she is just setting you up for the kill...but down ...when she is going for the knock-out.

Anyone else notice this?

Caylee's shoes were missing LKB.  Because no shoes it must be a drowning?  Yeah, that makes sense.  NOT

KC only had 31 days to trash them.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- There were two major developments on Tuesday in Casey Anthony's murder trial. Tuesday marked day 35, including jury selection, in Casey's trial. She's accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

The state said Casey may have used another family's tragedy to come up with her story about Caylee dying in a swimming pool. Also on Tuesday, another error by the defense was so big, that it could win Casey a new trial if she's convicted.

Casey's lead attorney, Jose Baez, told the jury during his opening statement that Caylee drowned accidentally, and when George found her lifeless body at the bottom of the family's pool, he carried her to Casey and blamed her.

Also, the defense claims George, who Casey alleges sexually abused and bullied her for years, forced her to cover it up.

However, on Tuesday, prosecutor Linda Drane-Burdick told Judge Perry that the state has identified in computer records, searches and instant messages made from the Anthonys' computer.

"The data refutes that timeline," said Drane-Burdick.However, Baez cried foul, saying it's too late for the state to introduce "new evidence."

"We got the hard drive, but that's everything judge," Baez said.

But prosecutors told the Judge Perry that the defense has had the hard drive for at least two years.

"It's not new evidence. I don't know how something could be new evidence when it was given to you," Judge Perry said.

Seriously Zoo!  Byass can barely tie his shoes ... and you expect him to use that big complicated piece of equipment!   

Seriously, though ... I think he thinks it makes the jurors feel closer to him/get him.  I think he's wrong ... but I think he's wrong about a whole lotta things!  That man is as narcissistic as Casey!  It's no wonder they think the sun rises and sets in one anothers arses!  Ugh!

New witness April Wayland spoke to JVM producer...doesnt know Casey, never met Casey - but did she talk to any other inmates?   Did Casey hear why this inmate was arrested and what happened?   Did her other inmate buddies (hmmm, who could that be) overhear something?   Is anything referenced in Casey's letters to Robin that we overlooked?

LINDA K BADEN, the defense HAD a computer expert, they withdrew him...get it right    There is something on a computer that the State is going to use on rebuttal that has the defense sweating bullets for sure!!!!

I could never do this job.  I hold too much of a grudge.  If i were bozo and had been told to go write a stipualation and then Jeff came over to help me with that stipulation, i would have clocked him.  Likewise, Bozo,would have been knocked out at least a dozen times already.  How they talk to each other is beyond me.
