geez, I am hearing more and more about "mistrial"....on the today show just now too...

I don't watch the talking heads often as I can't take their lack of facts about the case, but I don't know where they are getting his mistrial crap. A lying witness does not constitute a mistrial.

Has anyone seen Bozo yet? The judge was very clear that they are to arrive at 830 - wonder if they are in chambers?

Cookie , I listened in on that tv  show last night with krystal holloway and she only said that George said it was an accident, my friend and I discussed this same thing. The way we interpret it, could be just that, George couldn't bring himself to believe at that point that Casey could kill Caylee in cold blood.Guess we shall see...

In the depo I read from this Holloway person, she said her relationship with George was not intimate.  Did she change her story at some point?
