There are two openings for eyes.. the eye sockets.. which we were told are looking up at you , with the lower section of the skull buried in the dirt.  There is a brown stick (sort of hard to see) which looks to be laying across the brow ridge, and a green stem of some sort laying just under the eye sockets..

This defense is somewhat painfully comical.  Where'd she find this knucklehead (Baez)?  Did she see him on a law firm commercial that played at 3am?  What a joke.

Quesyion I have though is...what, there is no DNA experts in the U.S.?  maybe if they had one, the Stenographer wouldn't be sweaty trying to keep up with his speech speed and accent...

IIRC, Lee asked her and she told him someone in jail suggested baez and a few others agreed he was a good lawyer. If you can believe any of that.

She was doing some kind of "walking" with baez...spending so many hours at his office when she was out of jail.

the red dots are 'above' her eyes...look down from the red dots...

That is not a skull, looks more like pelvic bones. In that picture the skull was, if i recall correctly, outside of the area where the bag ties can be seen. The skull is just outside of the frame on the lower left corner. The skull was just visible underneath a log that had either fallen or was placed on top of the bag with the body.

hmmm...I see two eye sockets staring up at me...

I see leaves on the laundry bag that looks like eye socket. I think the laundry bag was off to the side of the black bag that contained some of the remains and the skull was near the black bag and close the log.

The laundry bag is just above the CNN logo, it's still somewhat upright. I believe the white item, below the skull, that appears folded, is the pooh blanket. It appears as white because I'm guessing, given the weather conditions on the day Caylee's remains were discovered and the dense foliage in the area, that a flash had to be used and the CSI photographer focused on one piece of evidence at a time when documenting the recovery scene...JMO

  This really pizzes me off!!  What a HUGE WASTE!!!   Now a Frye hearing.....grrrrrr

me too.....so once again JB violates a court order and no sanction.....but gets a frye hearing???

I realize that Judge Perry is trying to be fair, but imo it seems to me that he is really leaning towards being more than fair for the defense than the prosecution... I realize he has his reasons, but it is pissing me off lately!

He is not leaning at all, he is not any different than any other Chief Justice that has all the considerations they have.

I get that Capp...just gets frustrating sometimes...I love the judge!
