Judge:  May 2011- up til today were you asked to reduce your report to written format to include all your opinions? 

Mr. E. - Last Saturday Mr. Baez asked him to write a report.  Last Saturday night he wrote a short report.

Judge: How many times did you communicate with members of defense team between Dec. 2010 - to present?

Mr. E. - Eikebloom not sure. 

Judge: From Dec 1, 2010 - May 1, 2011 were you readily available to be contacted by defense team?

Mr. E. - Yes, defense could reach us if they wanted.

Now Bozo is trying to elicit from this "expert" witness that he has never been requested a report like this judge has so ordered in advance....he is pushing it beyond saving his own butt

It is sad for a normal person but this is the person out partying.  I guess I expected it to be gruesome based on her hiding her face.

I knew all along that Baez was not qualified to try this case, but I really did think it would be difficult to build a strong defense, by ANY attorney. Having said that, this behavior of ignoring the judges instructions is a travesty.

JP seems to be making sure his own ducks are in a row (documented) in order to order up that disbar action against Baez after trial.
I have not been reading...just listening. Bet other monkeys are having the same thoughts.
