I am sure he mentioned to Jeff about Jeff entering DNA 'first'.....I think he meant that he was aware that Jeff was the first person to use DNA in Orlando 20 years ago.

I am thinking bozo did NOTHING really and thinks he can just talk his BS and get the jury to believe him. He could not pay for it most likely or someone else ran it and got nothing so he wanted to use this one.

The only reason why JA would stay away from bringing up the Ramsey's is because of mixed theory's the public has about them.  He may not want to open that Pandora's box with not know how the jurors feel about it.  Like muddy the water.  He would make a lot more points by getting it out there that the Dumbfense didn't act on something that could have exonerated ICA!!!
