I remember that case - they found the perp with that I think.

No as to the reason why he would continue with this case is what I thought I heard after that

You could be right............I was thinking they found the DNA of who they had as an original suspect. I need to read about that. I followed it for while, but do remember reading the details of the process as it was very new.

Who the flip cares what the machines look like...can we look at the FBI lab or another US lab not in a barn  WTF!

So really the key question would be why wouldn't Baez have him test the tape for DNA that could potentially exonerate his client.  That may be the one smart thing he didn't do.  Even Baez didn't want to take that chance.

I feel so sorry for this woman and family having people bring up the death of her son, and her pictures, she was arrested back then for driving on a suspended license. Maybe she turned to drugs after she lost her son.

Why didn't jose let this witness do the dna test?
Did kc tell jose something, would be no dna?
Doesn't make sense not to of used this witness.

I thought the picture of April was a touched up picture of what ICA would look like in several years!      I had to go back and figure out who April was (was reading backwards and missed it all...I was gone for a bit!)

I like him too.  I kind of feel bad for him though, knowing how everyone that comes in contact with this case gets tarnished.  Before all is said and done I bet he will wish he never heard of Casey Anthony.

maybe i am confused, but at first didnt Bobo want to send evidence there, and was denied. He cried to the court he didnt have money to bring the Eiks here to test it and was told to find a US tester

Someone whisper in Jeff's ear that he does not have to shred every dt witness to win this case. He has already won our admiration and respect. Hey...some of you are even in love with him.

And Bozo loves to get chit out there to have the judge strike it.  Such a poor little streetfighter he is.
