Not without a facility and accreditation here in the US...if he buries himself any further in this case he will lose credibility to grow his business here, again IMHO

Briefly, starting with he was an unpaid consultant (Sat)  He was on the stand for a few minutes, at best

But he was on there long enough to state some opinions about the location/placement of the duct tape and IMO the jury should not consider this liars testimony in regard to that.  He obviously had an agenda.

I, personally, would have loved to see JA cross-x him.  He would have been chopped liver within minutes.

His testimony could be damaging so it should be excluded and the jury told it was incorrect and to strike it.

WooHoo! I'll bet he was confronted with what was going on here, was also informed he's respected around the world, & maybe he was informed to think twice before selling his souls bc his life's work would go down the tube if he tried to help getting Casey out of this! I'm so glad to hear he won't testify bc I do respect his work.
