Note to Vinnie, there never will be!   Casey saying something does not make it so nor is it evidence.

Im frustrated that all these talkheads & legal commentators mistakenly say that Casey has to take the stand to prove either.   It PROVES nothing.

Vinnie does know she is lying & that is why he is saying it but his guests keep pushing that Casey has to take the stand to prove her allegations.   Her tesztimony would prove nothing other than she is willing to despicably destroy what is left of her family out of spite, one of the same reasons why she murdered Caylee.

Too bad the "junk science" of "Radionics" isn't main stream yet, they could have found it. It is the measurement of frequences of illness, drugs, et al from hair, saliva, or a human person standing there. Radionics would answer all these questions no matter the time. I have used this for my own health a long time ago and should go looking for my 1971 machine.

  (a lot of people suggest the shorts cuoldn't have been hers at that size, but my kids are 7 and 9, and they still don't wear the age appropriate shorts and pants. They're skinny.    )

good point.  Baez didn't clarify did he.   I'm just wondering if any test could detect it? I wonder if there is a difference between ingested drugs and the types that are inhaled?

True, I just want him and a few others to press this point.   Her word is not evidence, what has been proven is she is a pathological liar....if you cannot believe one thing, you have the option to not believe anything.

I think the defense is intentionally trying to drag this thing out in the hopes that someone on the jury will drop out...especially the one who wants to take vacation around the 4th...
