I thought caylees shorts were 18 mos and her shirt was the 3T?

I don't know if this makes a difference but my son will be 2 tomorrow and he wears a 2T top and 18 month shorts/pants. He has a bigger top with a cute little belly but a smaller bottom

Interesting all these people use Dr. Vass as the "standard." LOL

they are talking a lot about the air samples.  I wonder if they had Cheney do this to try and prevent Baez from screwing it up and having the air samples allowed in to be opened.

I thought caylees shorts were 18 mos and her shirt was the 3T?

I thought something similar, Flamom.  The shirt is 3T and the shorts something different... I thought 24 mos.....

this could be correct..
My grand daughter who is the same age as Caylee was when she went missing still can wear 24 month shorts...long pants are too short but shorts still fit her just fine..and she has size 3t shirts..I am sure that Caylee had other items that were a size 24 months in her wardrobe..
another desperate attempt of the defense, but anyone who has a child or grandchild won't find this to be a big deal..

Jeff is going to destroy this guy on the stand now...

Sounds like they may open the door....they are trying to make it "junk science" or that something soddy transpired but they may just accomplish something entirely different.

someone needs to tell Mason his witness isn't talking to him but is looking at the jury.  Remember how rude he was about that before to the state witness

(a lot of people suggest the shorts cuoldn't have been hers at that size, but my kids are 7 and 9, and they still don't wear the age appropriate shorts and pants. They're skinny.    )

Good Morning! The size of Caylee's shorts are meaningless to me, 24 months is size 2, Caylee was 2 almost 3. Anyone with kids knows that depending on how things are made and the child's size they can wear any size within reason. Both of my grandchildren have worn sizes way behind their age esp. if the waist is elastic! Sizes are not exact in kids clothing anyway! Both my girls wore 24 months shorts til they were 4!

gas chromatigraph gas spectrometer (i know that spelling is way off) reminds me of something ghost busters might use.  I wish they would try it on Casey.

OK so Bozo wants no drugs or chloroform found in Caylee's hair

2 1/2 year old child, six months later - wouldnt be there, especially chloroform which I do not believe would be present at that time (not positive though)

Would chloroform ever show up in hair if it was inhaled?

Science is not my strongest area so Im sure someone can answer that more distinctly but I doubt it would be present in a deceased person six months later.

Cholorform dissipates quickly and, therefore, doesn't last long enough in the system to be present in growing hair.  That's why they don't do lab studies for chloroform in the hair.

I chuckle over that too.  Wasn't that Mason's first impression with the jury?!

Here ya go jury...

I really think the defense strategy is to bore the jury into a not guilty verdict by reason of boredom.

The defense is trying to take Dr Vass and make him out to be "The Nutty Professor," but they are sorely mistaken.  They didnt succeed in discrediting Vass on cross so now they are taking a few more shots at it....failing miserably

And can i add, you are always buying your kids new clothes, as they grow, but if you have a smaller size in the drawer & they can still get them on, then you let them wear them. The size is a non issue for me, any juror with kids will know this!
