They are asking on Fox if KC "stole" another inmate's story. They said a witness will testify that KC stole her full story from a real life other inmate.

Some are suggesting that she heard about this girl's story in prison, and decided to use that as her defense..  BUT, this other child died before Caylee, so it's very plausible that Casey had this story in the back of her mind before being arrested.

I think everybody associated with the defense and Casey would still be arguing Caylee was alive if her body hadn't been found. 

maybe on that disk are hits where Casey was looking at missing children, didnt i hear that a long time ago
She did do searches on missing kids' cases.  I hope LE has someone checking that hard drive to see if she looked at the news stories of April Whalen's child.  They need proof that she knew about that situation before the trial.

I am trying to decide which mistake the defense has made (so far) that has been most damaging to Casey.  I think that it may have been not arguing the editing of the jail video tapes.  Prior to seeing those, the jury could have given Casey the benefit of the doubt about her bizarre behavior after Caylee died but those videos show she had no remorse or grief and the jury got to see her in her natural state -  selfish and mean.

I want to see Bill Scheaffer get excited again!!  He blew me away the other night when he went off on NG(I think)!!  He's always so reserved and it's good to see he is very much like us in his opinions!!

But Casey got that tatoo before she got arrested. So she may have done some computer searches on this girl early on.
