This is an interesting post  from June 6, 2006 posted by Kermit on BFN. The post was originally from SM and if I am reading it correctly posted by subdude, with his comments about some of Simians posts. It is interesting because I don't recall reading these Simian posts ie "The Babylonians think she’s on her way to Panama with the help of the Carib."

4:18 post: Simian says he has an informer that is a head of some Aruban branch of government: Commissioner, police chief. “Too much” could mean either too focused on JVDS/Kalpoes or a wealth of evidence against JVDS/Kalpoes

4:29 post: Aruban head of government is reliable — a “sure shot”. JVDS and Hindus are more involved that we think. Since they do not get outside information in jail, they do not know information like PVDS or Croes have been released. They think that information has come out that connects them to the drugs/prostitution ring. This ring is consistent with Shango’s statements about what goes on at the house (suggested drugs and prostitution, e.g. “honey laden notes”, “raves”, Mary was no virgin, etc…)

JVDS and Kalpoes are involved in prostitution/drugs ring themselves, not just getting dope from the dealers.

The Arubans think NH is on the way to Panama with the help of? Who is the Carib?

Ladies and gents, the police chief is resigning as the focus turns towards drugs and prostitution. Again I ask, coincidence? Not likely.

I am with bleachedblack that these guys were part of something beyond just their own little antics that night. I think they had designs to film Natalee or even hand her off to others. Whether or not she lived long enough for any of that to happen is where the mystery lies here.

Even NOW we just ain't got enough info.

O/T, the story about the South Carolina case rings some bells. The girls were under 18 and for THAT, at least, he should have been convicted. HOWEVER, I can state that underground pot "grow rooms" are a definite and pervasive reality and it is not outside the realm to think that the 2 girls were wanting in on the happy harvest, to the point of doing some very unspeakable things with that creep. I have posted before (WAY BACK, like on June 12th, 2005 no less) that I had a family member who built one of those things and something like that would have been an ideal spot for hiding a kidnappee. I am not willing to ascribe "poor innocent victim" to those girls just yet. I know from the personal experience I went through that plenty of drug-connected kids want in on that clandestine pot action. My cousin's activities were well-known amongst the culture and were widely applauded by them. I was the voice who tried (in vain) to persuade the kid's mom, my aunt, to turn him in to save herself and the rest of her family. I won't relate the final outcomes, they are much too graphic.

The comment about "on the way to Panama w/ help of the Carib" is a reference to Natalee being dumped in the ocean and being carried by currents to Panama. That was the thinking of the people Simian got his info from.

Of course there is no earthly way to know if it's true or not.
