What's the big mystery?  Political goals?  Or, making it easier for Russia and China to secure their energy futures?

A little research will show that Russia and China have big pipeline dreams that go through that area of the Middle East.  Lots of untapped resources.

How long will the warlords last when China takes over?  Anyone going to worry about human rights? 

What happened to Darfur?  Problems all better?

In America, what about our oil future?  No drilling, no mining, no coal...nothing but an energy desert for America. 

Isn't MO worried about poor mothers keeping their children cool in the summer and warm in the winter?
