That is BS about the passwords - your employer can get in onto everything you do on a company computer - I know that for a fact.

 My husband is in IT for a major medical company, and the ADMINS have access to everything, even if the supervisor may not. Somebody WOULD have access.

Devil with the purple dress on just lied -- a network administrator would ALWAYS have access to her emails whether she had two or ten passwords and whether or not she could or could not remember the passwords.   

My hubby had that job for years and he could get into emails for employees that forgot theirs.
