Could this be a another red herring? Cindy knowing pros can get those work computer records? Knowing they will show she was at work? Wouldn't that be throwing Casey under the bus, again? Her attorney said the Anohony's did not believe Casey was innocent.

But the attorney also made it clear they did not want Casey to get the DP, I guess this is what the A's have come up with since the state establishes chloroform was the murder weapon.

If you have a dog that is eating plants and you're worried about it, you do not put "chlorophyll" in a search. You put in "Is Bamboo harmful to pets?" or something to that effect.

Chlorophyll is the part of all plants that makes them green (if I recall from biology), and wouldn't even get you to the answer you're looking for!!

Logic dictates!!

CBB ... I am soooo mad but ... at the same time ... I am sooo sad.  In the persuit of justice ... Caylee Marie does not have her Jo Jo and Cin Cin in her corner.

Janet

I know, Janet. That's the source of my anger! I cannot think of Caylee without remembering the innocence and trust a 2.5 year old has, and what their world is like. Someone in her family needs to honor that precious child and afford her the truth.  It breaks my heart.

Just reviewed Cindy's deposition. Major conflicts with her testimony on stand today. #CaseyAnthony

Typo..I meant Flames yet..and nothing against God or the Bible...I just can't imagine how one prays in the morning and lies under oath in the afternoon..that's a whole new religion to me.

Those kind of people are what I call "hypocrites" and they are not attributed to any one religion, but found equally distributed around the world. They attend church weekly, throw a 20 in the plate and think they are good to go out and do just about anything they want because they are "good Christians" for going to church...JMHO

Star monkey - i think linda had her answers some pretty precise questions that can potentially be disproved.  If you have a liar on the stand and you know they are lying sometimes the best you can get is enough information to verify and PROVE they are lying.

It aint over until the State sings... I have to believe Caylee will not be denied the justice her murder demands  an angelic monkey

Your right prob best not to let her go on and on with her lengthy answers.

Does anyone know which position Cindy held with Gentiva?  I am looking at a Manager of Clinical Practice although I know there may be many different descriptions for management....
but all of them require that the Nurse Manager puts her "mark" out there each day.  It may
be the computer on her desk, the meetings she attends, the paperwork she signs, the people she meets....and how about those little calendars on everyone else's desk.  I kept mine for a
long time as it documented much of what went on each day.

Anyhow....went to look at Gentiva....

"With almost 40 years of experience and more than 380 locations in 39 states, Gentiva serves approximately half a million patients annually. Gentiva is a company on the move – driving some of the most exciting new opportunities in home healthcare. Financially and strategically, we are positioned to be a key player in the industry for years to come. All of which make Gentiva the place to be."

Trying to remove the premeditation, what I have to say to that is...  one piece of duct tape, then a second, yet a third....premeditation can occur in seconds.

What is more reasonable:

How did caylee die?  A drowing - then why was she in Casey's trunk.  If it wasn't Caylee then what caused the smell?  Trash/garbage with no food?

If Caylee drowned, why was she double, no triple, bagged and dumped in the woods? Because a meter reader planted her body for a reward?

If a child dies accidentally what mother goes out and parties?  Not just goes on with life, but goes out and actually parties?  Someone who had been molesed by a parent and yet that person still lives with the molester?

OR Casey is a murderer who wanted her child dead and her body hidden and triple bagged and drove her dead body in her own car and dumped her and then went out and celebrated for having done it.

You have to keep complete medical records (entire chart) for a minimum of 6 years, if you accept Medicare. The company would have the active charts on any dates in question.

And then they are most likely archived so they always have access to them if needed. Atleast where I work, we store them after 6 years in storage

Yes.

I'm not sure how easy it would be to legally search medical records, but they would have active charts.

I work in the medical field, as you guys know... I can go to my computer right now (work computer) and pull a chart from a patient who died months ago....Records are kept for years...years.....they have to be kept for at LEAST 5 years....

According to the company my oldest daughter works with a minimum 10 years is required to be archived for any medical records. They pulled up emails from over 5 years for a lawsuit in which they were involved.

It IS NOT OVER..........I trust God to expose such evil in a manner that will be shocking to all in the end.

The Parable of the Lamp

Mark 4:21-23

Then Jesus asked them, “Would anyone light a lamp and then put it under a basket or under a bed? Of course not! A lamp is placed on a stand, where its light will shine.  For everything that is hidden will eventually be brought into the open, and every secret will be brought to light.  Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand.”
