Looks like she ran into a plate glass window & her face stuck to it!

Gypsy, Tramps and Thieves come to mind.
What an evil POS Sindy is.

Janet, I pray the jury has the ears and eyes to see the truth via the light this court brings to them.  And to be able to discern the lies that the liars are bringing.  Amen

It IS NOT OVER..........I trust God to expose such evil in a manner that will be shocking to all in the end.

The Parable of the Lamp

Mark 4:21-23

Then Jesus asked them, “Would anyone light a lamp and then put it under a basket or under a bed? Of course not! A lamp is placed on a stand, where its light will shine.  For everything that is hidden will eventually be brought into the open, and every secret will be brought to light.  Anyone with ears to hear should listen and understand.”

Thank you Janet.. I must remember that often

We also have to remember ... "In His Time".  That can be the hard part when we are desperately desiring justice for Caylee Marie RIGHT NOW.

Janet

You have to keep complete medical records (entire chart) for a minimum of 6 years, if you accept Medicare. The company would have the active charts on any dates in question.

Hey CBB -

Do you think her ex-boss is turning the air blue right about now?

I think she/he is probably going over every archive that can be tracked down... to nail Cindy down.

Cindy lies like a contemptuous child. She will get t-boned.

When Baez set up this whole line of questioning, one would assume he had already made contact with Gentiva to see if Cindy's testimony could be disproved.

He is not that smart.............he so far has not done any research even including the so called witness who called George by their
weren't they saying the other day that the computer logs showed the defense timeline in opening wasn't accurate.

The Centers for Medicare and
Medicaid Services (“CMS”) has
revised several federal regulations that
address record retention requirements
and cooperation with audits conducted
by federal regulatory bodies. The
most recent versions of the affected
regulations require Medicare Advantage
plans and their contracted providers
to retain medical records, financial
records and source reports for a period
of ten (10) years.
These revisions
represent a significant increase over
the previous requirement that Medicare
Advantage plans and network providers
maintain records for a period of six
(6) years.

This is specifically referring to Medicare Advantage plans, but I can't imagine that with all the retirees in Florida, that they wouldn't accept those plans. For whatever it's worth, we keep records for 10 years, but archive after 6.

and Caylee, at 2.5, having the compassion and empathy to ask her elderly great grandfather if he was okay.
I've been thinking about that a lot lately.  Caylee asks...You tired papa?    Until recently, I always thought of Caylee showing compassion for her ggf.  More and more I wonder if it wasn't because she constantly heard that from Casey....You tired Caylee??   Then out like a light....

it is heartbreaking to me that at 2.5 she showed more concern for another human being than I have seen out of Casey throughout this entire saga. She was a sweet little thing and I'm sure in a great place now  an angelic monkey

oh, no doubt about that, she is where we all want to end up someday. an angelic monkey

does anyone remember if Cindy did look up the chlorophyll in regards to the dogs in the deposition or was it for the bamboo shoots that she LOVES to talk about.

It's bamboo, "A very invasive grass."
Most people don't refer to bamboo as grass, though, do they?  My grandma has bamboo in her front yard, and we never called it grass.

I would not call it grass.  That was a quote from Cindy.  Although technically it is a grass.

Hugs.  I didn't mean you, fellow monkey.   an angelic monkey
