can't the computer records "show" if chlorophyll and chloroform were accessed at around the same time?

I sure hope Gentiva has back-up computer records three years back - they should.

Perjury

Felony, During Trial Up to $5000 Fine &/or 5Yrs Pen

Most succinct I could find.  Other sight are saying that it has to be something that is relevant to the crime.  So being as the Pros. Theory is Death via Chloroform/Duct Tape...I say it is relevant.

Just give her the max, it will be fine w/me.  Just wondering if we can get it multiplied per count...you know she isn't done...she's got more lies in her.

Lippman just said that Cindy testified just as truthful (now) as she did for the State!!  So Cindy lied all the way through, imo.

Wonder if Lippman is going under the bus next?

hmmmm another weird look from George.........

Same look he had in the other pic. I think he's as stunned as everyone else by Cindy's testimony. All these years he's tried to square KC away and Cindy always ran interference and swept it under the carpet....it's going to be a long ride home to Hopespring...

March 17th is a MONDAY.......Cindy's busy day.......meetings @ work every Monday afternoon

Searches for how to make chloroform Monday March 17th.....seems to me the state can easily check & verify if Cindy was present for the Monday March 17th meeting or not.

Who believes Cindy left work early on her busiest work day, ran home and started searching info on chlorophyll???????   NOT ME!!!

Lying POS!!!

Right..and I do not believe that Gentiva did not want supervisor to show all their hours accurately.

How the heck could they keep track of comp time..the days that Cindy says she only worked 4 hours because other days she worked more?
Every management job I ever had we had to keep records of every hour we worked and every comp hour we used..it had nothing to do with pay because we were salaried..but it had everything to do with no one working 40 hours one week and claiming they were owed 20 hours in comp time the next week.

It also had to do with scheduling comp time and only holding comp time for a limited time...and if everyone was working too many comp hours and no access to using it..it was time to add another supervisor, or find people who could do their tasks within the hours allotted....just so many reasons that companys want all salaried employess to keep track of their hours worked and hours taken..Cindy is pure foolishment.

I'm watching all the repeat on HLN and they are showing Cin Cin testifying again and when she talked about a search she did at home and that she couldn't do it at work.  Bozo said that interesting that you should bring that up.  Sounds REHEARSED to me!

I wish I lived in Orlando!  I would drive by their house and I hope they have protesters galore at their home.  These are the actions that caused the protesters the first time.
That WAS rehearsed!!  You think Baez simply got lucky in his line of questioning?  That's why that story "came out" yesterday about them not believing casey was "innocent"!  It was to soften what was about to happen by those who may have been swayed towards compassion for Cindy based on her previous testimony!  Make no mistake...she's the same as she ever was.  I mean damn...didn't she already testify in a depo that she didn't make those searches?  Now, a complete 180?  make any sense to you all?  Yes, it pisses me off!!  But, let's have faith in the intelligence of that jury and it's future foreman!  They'll be able to see through nonsense and garbage!  They know a conviction is coming!  This is now about saving her life.  I could actually care less if she gets life in prison, or a shortened life!  I just want her to be punished...

Thoughts?

Can Mark Lippman get in any trouble for saying in a press conference that she didn't lie, or change her testimony, which she clearly did?

I have been a member for quite a while.  I just don't post.  I always read and shake my head like everyone else does.  Cindy is probably telling the truth about her time sheets.  My sister works in an office and they have to do the same thing.  If they don't take a lunch hour, they have to show it anyway and if they leave early, they have to show that also.  I do believe Cindy on that and that alone.  I believe that Cindy and George & Lee loved Caylee, but obviously not enough to protect her and stand up for her.  If you remember in the beginning, Cindy was going on talk shows and trying to take over like she was a celebrity.  She loved the attention .  They never tried to organize a search, only called Tim Miller in I believe due to pressure from everyone saying that they should.  I'm waiting for George to jump up at the end of the trial and say he killed Caylee to take the wrap for his evil daughter.  That would be a Perry Mason moment, wouldn't it.  Showing my age here.  George was with her and their attorney today after she got off the stand, so he knew what she was going to do.  I think in the photo that shows Casey bug eyed with her attorney and everyone was joking about a proposal, I think he was telling her the family would get her off the hook, one way or the other. So while I want to cry, I should have known that evil never protects angels.  Sorry Caylee.

But EVIL sometimes leads people down a path and them abandons them - look at Joran van der Sloot!

I believe in good overcoming evil.

I still have hope this ain't over!

Agree.  We still have rebuttal, as well.

Lawyer: Casey Anthony's parents do not think she is innocent
By Ashley Hayes, CNN
June 23, 2011 -- Updated 1727 GMT (0127 HKT)

(CNN) -- After saying Casey Anthony's parents do not believe she is innocent, an attorney representing George and Cindy Anthony issued a statement Thursday clarifying his remarks.

"The Anthony family maintains that they simply want justice in this case," said attorney Mark Lippman. "The Anthony family maintains they do not, under any circumstance, support any theory that the defense has put forward regarding George Anthony's actions. The Anthony family maintains that while they want both the state and the defense to do their jobs respectively, they do not under any circumstance wish to see that the state achieves the ultimate sanction that the State of Florida is looking for, which is the death penalty.

"The Anthony family maintains they want the truth about what has happened to their granddaughter," Lippman said in the statement. "Finally, Lippman Law Offices does not and will not condone the idea that attorney-client privilege was ever breached and any misunderstanding as to statements should not be considered that the Anthony family wants anything other than the things identified here."

Casey Anthony, 25, is charged with seven counts in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, in 2008, including first-degree murder. If convicted, she could face the death penalty.

Lippman's Wednesday statement to CNN's Gary Tuchman was discussed on "AC 360" on Wednesday night.

Tuchman said Thursday the statement "doesn't mean (the Anthonys) feel she's guilty of the charges against her." Saying someone is not innocent is not quite the same, he noted, as saying they are legally guilty.
"But this is important and they wanted me to stress this," Tuchman said on the show Wednesday. "They love her, they support her and they do not want her to get the death penalty and they will do all they can to avoid her getting the death penalty in this case."

Tuchman acknowledged Thursday that Lippman was "not happy" after the story aired. He said that in a follow-up conversation, he asked Lippman what he thought was taken out of context, and Lippman said he could not point to anything Tuchman said that was out of context, but said there was "too much hype" in the discussion. "That happens sometimes," Tuchman said.

He said Lippman also said that not everything he told Tuchman was mentioned on the show. That is true, Tuchman said, but added, "I certainly included every single thing that was important and relevant to this discussion."

The smirk on her face!

By Walter Pacheco, Orlando Sentinel

Mark Lippman, the attorney for the parents of accused child-killer Casey Anthony, denied the CNN report that his clients think Casey Anthony is guilty of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie.

Lippman did not appear on camera during the Anderson Cooper 360 report that aired Wednesday on CNN, but he spoke about that interview this morning from the Orange County Courthouse during a break in testimony in the Casey Anthony murder trial.

"I've never said they thought she was guilty," Lippman said. "I only said they have no idea what happened. They have no idea what the facts are. That's why they're sitting in the courtroom every single day. They hope they can get some semblance of truth."

Lippman added that "obviously" there was some misunderstanding in the reporting.

My poor furbaby is now on my lap with all the thunder going on right now.

If you are watching HLN right now...watch Lindalicious' eyebrows.
When she scrunches them down for the question to Sindy... She asks...'Is your memory better now that have stopped taking your medicine like before?' (paraphrasing)  Too funny.
