QUESTION for anyone who may know.

Cindy brought up Casey's check charges

Does that mean the State can now bring in the information about Casey stealing money etc?

Great question, I'd like to know that too.  I wonder why nobody is talking about that?

Great question, Bill Shaeffer said something about that.  That the state won't touch it atm.
Have to wait till Bill's comments come out later, in less you guys get an answer of this.

I don't believe for one second that KC did any work on MySpace, Facebook or PhotoBucket without being under her "password" on the computer.  I don't believe KC would ever let the computer be so that mom could nose around in what KC had been doing on the computer.

Exactly, no way she would want nosey Sindee to see her History or Bookmarked favorites.

Ya, it was in one of the jail house tapes.  Cindy or Lee or both asking what are your passwords..........remember?
 ::justice2NJ::

Pages back I was wigging about this too, they asked for the password, Casey lied at least twice as to what the password was

I hope her face stays that way......she's as ugly as her monster daughter.Bitch
How is she getting so tan if she is in court all day?

More like who paid for her beauty & tanning salon bill
It is so disgraceful that the biotch is wearing a cross and a picture of Caylee.  Remember Cin Cin this is about your daughter murdering your granddaughter.  Oh yeah I forgot since your granddaughter was murdered now neither of you have to work and you are making blood money off your granddaughter.

Seems odd to me that Cindy took such diligence to find out information for her dog, but didn't ever talk/speak/see Zanny the person taking care of her grand-daughter. Just doesn't make sense for such a controller-type personality.

Lippman just said that Cindy testified just as truthful (now) as she did for the State!!  So Cindy lied all the way through, imo.

Wonder if Lippman is going under the bus next?

hmmmm another weird look from George.........

Yea..hand on hip..looking like "this is another fine mess you got us into Cindy".  I bet Lippman is showing her tweets ..and the fact everyone knows she is lying..and the tweets would not be favorable.  Hope GA sleeps at the church tonight..leave Cindy to deal with her mess on her own.

Well, it hasn't helped as she is still OLD looking. Look at those arms and the indentations in the fat. She is way too old to wear sleeveless dresses.

It was an excited utterance but nonetheless said, she may have cracked the door...not sure she bust that one wide open though.
Maybe Jeff can drive an F-150 in that one instead of his MACK truck?

There is no doubt that if they dont feel they have enough at the moment to raise it next time she takes the stand that they will figure out a way to ask a question that would prompt her to expound & they then can say but in your previous testimony you said....in other words, I anticipate them being clever enough to get it out of her

This is fresh in my mind because I watched "The Killing" but did Sindee have to go through any tolls for work? Cameras?

It just dawned on me...

Could this have been a planned set up
by the Prosecution? I mean, think about this:

MySpace was brought up now.
The check fraud stuff was brought up now.
Cindy's working times & dates were brought up.

IMO, this makes all that other stuff admissable now. Now the State can subpoena Cindy's Gentiva's emails, whereas before they couldn't. They can now subpoena her work phone calling history as well as proof she attended her Monday meetings!

Hi Puzzler,

I'm thinking that in addition to records they most likely can haul in witnesses that she worked with about that day
they were at work and if they saw Cindy. I hope they do, just to make sure they pull out all stops and which will
go a long ways in credibility of the State Prosecutors.

You know, Kermit, that is a great point! I really hope some of Sinsin's co-workers want justice for Caylee, too, and might even call to tell the state they were in a meeting with her that day or such. Surely Cindy was as crazy then as she is now and maybe made more enemies than friends. Or at least those who doubted her strange stories.

Just takes ONE co-worker to come forward and call the State Attorney's office if they saw or spoke to Cindy on that date.

Normally at staff meetings, you are required to sign in.
Hopefully her signature's on that sheet for that date.

Yes, you wouldn't want your dogs to be poisoned.  But haven't seen your angel Caylee in 31 days, and don't look up to find Zanny until after the fact.  Go back and read her MYSpace to Casey - she knew, she knew then and she knows now.

Gentiva, I hope you are prepared to file a Defamation Lawsuit against cindy anthony for tainting your company's image with lies.  Where's Morgan?  Let 'em all line up for their cut of these assholes 2 million dollar movie deal.  (or any future BLOOD money they will accrue.)

No kidding! I realize I shouldn't lose faith in the state; but I'm hoping *they* remember the meetings she said she'd attend on Mondays and put together it was a Monday. I'm sure they will. I'm just kerfluffled right now. (Alagary, took me a while, but I finally did it. LOL)

Yep, Cindy usually worked late on Mondays and I bet it often messed up KC's date plans. Let's not forget Caylee drowned was murdered on a Monday too, KC KNEW Cindy wasn't going to get off work early and that she'd have the house all to herself....MOO

Been gone for a while and this may have already been said.....

When I googled chlorophyll, I got chlorophyll....lots and lots of hits.

The only time there was chloroform and chlorophyll was from today's trial testimony.  I am not sure how Cindy's computer just jumped from one to the other by itself.

They can now bring up when Cindy started her MySpace account and what computer she started it on. They can now bring in her MySpace posting to Casey that was kept out before. I'm seriously wondering if this was intentional and Cindy is actually working with the State but acting like she's trying to help the Defense.

I haven't seen it mentioned.. but can't they check to see if chlorophyll was ever searched for ? I'm betting it never was searched for, totally proving Sindy's lies wrong.

I had to miss most of the trial today.  I'm glad to see that my unbending repulsion of Cindy was not without cause.  I never felt sorry for or trusted a damned thing the hag said.  She is as big of a liar as Casey.  I really hope she gets jail time for purgery.  This family is all scum and deserve no sympathy from anyone.  JMO
