Just wathcing a replay of this now.  Riddle me this Batman...she was a nurse, correct?  From what I underatand of nurses, don't they work in Hospitals?  Now, one could safely assume that Hospitals deal in injuries, corerct?  If she was looking up info with regards to injuries her friend sustained in an accident, wouldn't medial literature at a Hospital be much more informative and convienent then a Google search at home?  Frickin' amazing the beginning of her testimony is thus far...

Cindy worked for Gentiva, a Home Health agency....

I would never fall on the sword for a liar or murderer..even my own child

100% agree! Neither would I!

Cindy is such an arrogant bitch she thinks she is smarter than everyone else.  I hate that whole family.  I'll bet their dogs are even a pain in the ass!!

Yes.  I work at a hospital right outside of Orlando and we have a special site that we go to in order to check out medical information...we can look at treatment plans...medications...symptoms and so on...very very informative and I have used it numerous times instead of a google search.  Also, being a nurse there is a lot of documentation...not sure what exactly she did but if she gave meds, talked to a patient, performed a procedure...anything at all...it would be documented in the chart with the date, time and her initials....also signature at the end of the documentation.  So many ways to prove that she WAS at work that day...

does anyone remember if Cindy did look up the chlorophyll in regards to the dogs in the deposition or was it for the bamboo shoots that she LOVES to talk about.

I know I am probably way behind, but what I remember was Cindy said they were having problems with the dogs and fleas. She stated she had been on the computer looking for some type of homemade/organic remedy.

Does anyone else remember this or did I dream it...it has been 3 yrs and my memory isn't as keen as the Anthony's.

It just dawned on me...

Could this have been a planned set up
by the Prosecution? I mean, think about this:

MySpace was brought up now.
The check fraud stuff was brought up now.
Cindy's working times & dates were brought up.

IMO, this makes all that other stuff admissable now. Now the State can subpoena Cindy's Gentiva's emails, whereas before they couldn't. They can now subpoena her work phone calling history as well as proof she attended her Monday meetings!
I don't think so, because it's too big a risk to the prosecution. Due to putting their entire "premeditation" case in jeopardy with this jury. This is just Cindy being her usual lying self.

Seems odd to me that Cindy took such diligence to find out information for her dog, but didn't ever talk/speak/see Zanny the person taking care of her grand-daughter. Just doesn't make sense for such a controller-type personality.

Ditto Kermit.

That dang bamboo shoot in the back yard has always been a point of contention to me.  Mainly because KC and SinSin keeps bringing it up.  Remember when SinSin told Greta about digging it up and moving it AFTER Caylee went missing?  Greta thought it strange enough to ask SinSin why move it now?

Between KC, SinSin, George, Lee, and the entire Defense team (bozo especially) I have never in my life seen such evil foul people in my entire life.  Poor Caylee is all I can say.

I'm watching all the repeat on HLN and they are showing Cin Cin testifying again and when she talked about a search she did at home and that she couldn't do it at work.  Bozo said that interesting that you should bring that up.  Sounds REHEARSED to me!

I wish I lived in Orlando!  I would drive by their house and I hope they have protesters galore at their home.  These are the actions that caused the protesters the first time.

I am wondering if there is some witness tampering going on in this case. If I were the prosecution, I would get a subpoena for bozo & the Anthony's phone & computer records immediately.

I brought up witness tampering earlier today. Someone at the court house tweeted that Lippman, Cindy and Bozo had there heads together in the hallway around lunchtime... not sure which page the tweet is on, it's been busy here today...

The nurses on the jury will not believe her

Thank you Flamom for reminding us that nurses would see right through her about these searches and all her bull today..and I believe the juror who is an IT guy is going to blow away her concept of the computer doing 84 searches on it's own and the Myspace visit 20 seconds later..this

Lippman on HLN now with Vinnie

He doesnt anticipate his clients (George, Cindy, Lee) to detract from anything that they have said in the past three years.   They do not support any of the defense theory.   He insists what Cindy said today was not a detraction (yea okay).   His clients maintain they just want to know what the truth is...they cant handle the truth that's obvious.   He claims that they cannot just stand up if in sentencing phase unless Casey requests it (pleading for her).   They do not want to see the ultimate punishment given to Casey.

Its clear to everyone today that they are willing to forsake Caylee when it comes to saving Casey.   Cindy's testimony was not merely a clever twisting of words, it was a flat out lie PERJURY...all hope is gone JVM just reported that she saw Cindy & Jose having a very friendly conversation in the court hallway TODAY.  Any tinge of sympathy I had for them seeing how willing Casey was to destroy her entire family to save her own skin is GONE  F them all

Society will stand for Caylee, the State will seek justice for Caylee  an angelic monkey

I am not in the medical field but even I have a PDR I think it's called to look up all sorts of medical information.

If I hear one more talking head explain how much of a poor victim Cindy is I might throw up.  I don't think lying to save the murderer of your grandaughter is okay even if it is your daughter that killed her!

My gut just wouldn't let me feel sorry for the parents no matter how much the talking heads have said they do.
I guess I just have not been able to feel I could trust what they say or do. Agree with you.

so true.   And this nonsense about being a dilligent grandmother wanting to check as to any ill effects hand sanitizer might have on Caylee, yet sitting there hearing al of the evidence is disgusting.

I was going to watch JVM, but now I can't because I just saw that she's going to have Lippman on. I don't want to hear another word on behalf of the lying beetch Cindy Anthony. I hear there's thunder and lightning in Florida right now. I hope Cindy gets struck by lightning. I mean it.

Ok, I am watching a replay of the cross now.  I feel 100% better now hearing what they WILL be doing to her in their rebuttal case.  They are going to tear this woman apart...GUARANTEED!!!  They will be able to undoubtably verify her work shcedule for those two days, and then it'll damn the defense's case once and for all.  Only a minor setback at this point.  All will be fine once they (the prosecution) further investigate these claims.  Trust me...

This is fresh in my mind because I watched "The Killing" but did Sindee have to go through any tolls for work? Cameras?

Ooh, good thought! I believe the family had those electronic EZ Pass Toll devices in their cars. Good stuff.

Youza smart monkey. Glad you are here.

If there is any way to get her Jeff and Linda will do it!

Thank you carpe  Joined the Monkey brigade in Sept. 08 because of beautiful Caylee. Linda and Jeff are going to tear Sindee to shreds, yay. Who remembers listening to the police feed the night George was found at the motel?
