Seems odd to me that Cindy took such diligence to find out information for her dog, but didn't ever talk/speak/see Zanny the person taking care of her grand-daughter. Just doesn't make sense for such a controller-type personality.

That dang bamboo shoot in the back yard has always been a point of contention to me.  Mainly because KC and SinSin keeps bringing it up.  Remember when SinSin told Greta about digging it up and moving it AFTER Caylee went missing?  Greta thought it strange enough to ask SinSin why move it now?

Between KC, SinSin, George, Lee, and the entire Defense team (bozo especially) I have never in my life seen such evil foul people in my entire life.  Poor Caylee is all I can say.

I think it was in the corner of the front of the storage builder.  They dug it up and moved it across the yard (if I am remembering correctly).  I've always wondered if she taped Caylee's mouth shut and she ran from her and she slapped her down into that Bamboo shut killing her.  Something about it has always bothered me.  Supposedly that is the reason (according to SinSin) that KC borrowed the shovel from the neighbor.

So glad I missed today's court.  It is much easier and less stressful to read here after the  fact. 

All i can say about today is ugh.  Poor Caylee. 

Is bozo done yet?  How much longer, did he give nay clues?  Who is left?  George, Vass, and who else, maybe Lee?  Krystal? 

When JP asked yesterday how much longer the defense needed he said he would let the court know on Friday..that's tomorrow..time's awasting..

I am thinking that CA is the same POS individual who I had to BS her spokesperson and her to get TES to be able to search for missing Caylee. I had to convice Garrison and A's that TES would search for a live Caylee as well as a dead one. That they did both kind of searches.

I think CA should rot in hell for abandoning her innocent grand daughter Caylee.

I think its amazing that Cindy just opened herself up to being charged with crimes as well. Falsifying payroll records and certifying to records. NICE. She will be carved apart in the rebuttal case. I hope she is charged with a crime. I am sure Gentiva is a bit interested that they had an employee that just admitted on a witness stand that she did such a thing.

All the while George has been blamed for this and Casey was a result of him. Hardly, she is the spawn of Cindy. Is it any wonder that George tried to kill hiimself with a slut, murdering daughter and a batshit wife.

The talking heads keep bringing up the elaborate details Cindy brought up on the stand. They seem to think that'll convince the jury that she's truthful. Rather, doesn't that sound more like Casey? Wasn't that Casey's MO as well? All those details. Especially the part about a popup (that she had no reason to take note or let alone remember) about neck breaking involving a YouTube (or did she say U2) video in 2008.

Casey and Cindy are great liars.  The fruit did not fall far from the tree.  They talk on and on ... never missing a beat ... never finching.  Without a foundation of the actual truth ... jury members would never suspect every word spewing from their lips was deception..

both times Caylee's grandmother was on the stand ... I was disappointed that Cindy was not cross-examined much more vigorously by the prosecutor.

In her first testimony ... Cindy testified that there was a special bonding time with Casey and Caylee on the evening June 15.  Considering a motive is lacking in the Casey Anthony case ... why was Cindy's testimony unchallenged?  Tony reveal in his interview with investigators that Lee had shared there had been a huge confrontation between Cindy and Caylee.  Apparently ... Cindy had learned earlier in the day that Casey had stolen money from her grandfather. 

In today's testimoney ... the prosecutor did not have anything other than time cards to back up the contention that Cindy was at work when the google searches on chloroforum were being conducted on the home desktop ... time cards that could be manipulated.  Why was info not obtained from Cindy's employer pertaining to the policy encompassing the filling out of these cards?  Why were computer records/cell records/office records not obtained that would verify that tje info documented on the time cards was accurate.

Tamikosmom may have considered the time cards sufficient at the time but in hindsight thought better.  However ... Tamikosmom is not a trained investigator.

I hope it not too late for investigators to obtain additional info to support the time cards.  I hope it not too late for investigators to submit this addition info into evidence.  Otherwise ... I believe that today a reasonable doubt regarding Casey's alleged chloroform searches was created.

Ok, I am watching a replay of the cross now.  I feel 100% better now hearing what they WILL be doing to her in their rebuttal case.  They are going to tear this woman apart...GUARANTEED!!!  They will be able to undoubtably verify her work shcedule for those two days, and then it'll damn the defense's case once and for all.  Only a minor setback at this point.  All will be fine once they (the prosecution) further investigate these claims.  Trust me...

They're gonna RIP her apart!

I really feel like the rebuttal case is going to be very satisfying to watch.
