Remember yesterday or the day before we thought KC was using someones blackberry? I wonder if they had her texting Cindy begging not to let her die and please cop to the puter searches... I hope they all croak

Well their attorney was showing them something even today on his blackberry...at this point nothing would shock me

MARK NEJAME IS ON DR DREW now   He's so passionate & logical.

it looked to me to be the "search" screen on the blackberry

Mark NeJame on Dr. Drew
People need to take a deep breath and realize this is just the ebbs and flows of a trial.
Crux of this case is how KC acted the 31 days after Caylee went missing.
Don’t get caught up in all the forensics.
Critical for the prosecution to stay flexible.
Go back to focusing on the 31 days.

I guess I'm a horrible mother, because I would not derail justice if my child committed murder. Mind you, I might plead with them to please not hand down a death sentence, but I would not lie! Sorry.

I think you're right on the money! I think that's what most respectable loving moms would do. an angelic monkey

It's the right thing.

Cindy is a pant load.

Carpe, your sarcastic humor cracks me the heck up! My whole family says these same cracks! Makes md feel right at home when I read people's posts like this.

they are saying on NG that no prosecutor would go after her for what she testified to on the stand.  That irritates me, just because she is grieving does not mean she is above the law.  If she perjured herself, I think they should go after her for it.
I am not so sure.. LDB went after her about the selective memory due to 'medication'..
That was a shot across the bow of what may come
Cindy first brought up being medicated in her initial testimony, it's mentioned briefly here http://www.baynews9.com/article/news/2011/may/254277/ but an actual transcript of her testimony would be better.  My recall (though often faulty) is that she mentioned it more than once.

Did Cindy find something or have reason to suspect something was being done with Caylee possibly using those chemicals?  That would make more sense than the dogs eating bamboo as a reason to research them.

I do believe the jurors will take what the mother of the Defendant says witha grain of salt.  How many times has a mother done this?  Be it giving a false alibi or outright lying to try to save what they have left.  She has lost Caylee and there is no way to bring her back so she is trying to hold on to what she has.  Maybe even a mother snake loves her babies.

Beth Holloway next on Dr Drew.

Whoa!  Great question.  Maybe it was Caylee that was acting lethargic and not the small dog.

I actually would believe this one would be closer to the truth & its just too despicable for words.   This kinda meshes with Casey Im'g with one of her boinking buddies that she was trying to get her nanny & ticked her mother couldnt watch Caylee "little snothead," how many times did she knock her out with something so she could go out...

The "snot head" remark...to which BF was that made?  Does anyone remember the "time frame" of that remark?

Got a question about getting into the court room.

My neighbors are so upset over this he & his wife are going to Orlando! He is guest preaching on Sunday in Sarasota & plan on spending next week trying to get in.  They are DEEPLY religious and he says that nothing has ever bothered him in life like this case does.

Can some of you guys who have been inside the courtroom give me some tips to relay.  By the way he is a retired anesthesiologist!  He says she's guilty of outright murder.

thx so much

Can you ask him, how much of an actual shot of chloroform would it take to make the trunk  have so much in it.

I sure can!  I'll let you know - I've "invited" him to join our zoo - hopefully he will.

I thought they did away with the late evening into early morning hur wait line for cortroom passes after the fight broke out in line.

I thought they said they were handed out each day at 4 pm..but did not catch how yu get the ticket..as in do they go to the courthouse and stand in line then..and if so where..maybe if you look back over articles at the time of the line fight you can find info on how they hand them out now.

Also maybe have him call the courthouse and let them know he is a member of the clergy and will be in the area and how he could possibly get a courtroom pass.

Sorry, was a crude question.
Maybe just using it over her nose would make a lot, have no clue.
Dr. Vass stated there was a lot that came out of the trunk.

I just remembered something....the backyard had bamboo in it - however, they didn't let the dogs in the backyard because that's where Caylee played.

What's the over/under on The Anthony's marriage? I can't see George staying after Cindy just did this to his most precious Caylee.

GA is a snake just like his wife....he is too lazy to work and needs to be taken care of  and has no balls and CA is a controlling bitch who has lots of balls and they make a perfect pair...he will not leave her and she won't kick his ass out

maybe Cindy really did the murder...she was the one looking up chloroform by her own words..she had access to all the items that were in the home that were found with Caylee..She was the one who was with Caylee swimming after they got back from seeing Cindy's dad..Caylee could have been murdered by Cindy that night...Casey was already out partying without a care in the world cause mom said, just go out and have a good time...Caylee can stay with me. blah blah blah...Wonder why Casey Ho didn't spin this tale along with the other tales about George...   sounds about as good as the defense's theory now...

BBM

You may have a point. I use yahoo for a search engine and when I start to type something a drop down menu appears and as I've continued typing, I've accidently hit a key and ended up with a search I didn't mean to execute. Also if I search a subject, and then at a later time try to re-search the same subject again, my previous search date and time will show up and give me the option of retrieving it....if I click the search shows up and any sites I visited are marked....

So (let's pretend) if Cindy typed in "chlor" the search may have recognized the previous search for "chloroform" and Cindy may have been curious, or wondered who and why someone would do a search for chloroform and she may have taken a peek...

Personally, I think she lied through her teeth, but I wouldn't be surprised if she came across something, or got some information that put up a red flag....

I think as soon as Casey is sentenced, George is gone.

not unless he had some other woman to support him...and what woman in her right mind would want the spineless, ball less, bawling, bag of chit!!

Seems odd to me that Cindy took such diligence to find out information for her dog, but didn't ever talk/speak/see Zanny the person taking care of her grand-daughter. Just doesn't make sense for such a controller-type personality.

That is a truly great point!!!!!!!!!!!!!
