I'm hoping that Cindy's testimony was so upsetting to us b/c we know she is lying.  I hope the jury only heard her testify that she did not research chloroform 84 times and thus knows  that someone was left to do a good 60 or more searches on their own.  If it wasn't Cindy and George was at work, well that leaves Casey.

And I pray the prosecution is gathering all they need to show just what a liar she is and I'm sure they didn't want to appear to beat up on her in front of the jury especially after she broke on the stand that first time but now they have to show the jury that just as Baez claims the apple doesn't fall far from the tree when referring to Lee and George, that is precisely the case regarding Casey and Cindy. Cindy said it herself, they are just alike.

JVM and the rest don't even know why Linda mentioned the medication and Cindy's memory.  They think it was a low blow.

Bring on more low blows, I say.  I bet CinCin used the "medication change" excuse in previous dealings with Linda/prosecution, in my view.

I don't remember the exact exchange but when Linda called her about her testimony once she said she didn't remember then because of her medication and now that it's changed her memory is coming back.  She was very confrontational at the time.

We might be dealing with a attorney representing his client who "tells him" how it is...don't know how much time Lippman has had to study the "details" of Cindy and George.  Poor guy!

No, a computer DOES NOT do Google searches on "it's own". Tracing cookies is not a "search" like what was found on that computer.

Apparently I am not the only one who found her convincing. The analysts agreed as well. Also, it spoke volumes seeing Linda Drane Burdick visibly and vocally upset.

To be clear, your computer can "search" without you actually doing the searching. It feeds off of your cookies and cache, hence spam and popups.  She was not inaccurate with her assertion.

I am not taking up for Casey, if that is how I am coming across. I am looking at this trial from an objective and unbiased stand-point. If I were sitting on that jury I would tell you straight up that the defense established reasonable doubt today.

I think bozo forgot they have a computer specialist on that jury. I can tell you that a computer DOES NOT look things up on it's own from cookies. There was a reason those particular searches had been DELETED and not others.

From reading the tweets from persons in the courtroom it appeared as if none of the jurors even believed her. They said they were NOT taking notes and some were even rolling their eyes at each other. She did not fool those people and she will pay a heavy price for her lies. Much of her testimony today did not match her depositions which if the state chooses, they can prosecute her for not only for perjury if they choose but go back and charge her with obstruction of justice for her past acts after this trial is over.

She will be recalled to testify and I have a feeling it is not going to be pretty, as I am betting that Ashton left while she was lying to get a subpoena for all her records and the office staff there.

Been a while since I posted. Can rarely catch a break.

What'd everyone think of the shocker today with Cindy taking the fall for the searches? IMO, she was pretty concise and convincing. I happen to believe her. I know that isn't going to be the general consensus. I think that threw a major monkey wrench in the prosecution. Linda Drane Burdick was clearly agitated. While I do believe Casey is in some way responsible for Caylee's death, I have never believed the chloroform accusations.

I completely disagree and I believe Cindy's work records among other things will prove that she is lying.  The only thing Cindy did today was showed the world where Casey learned to lie.  You are definately in the MINORITY here.

Nothing Cindy said was the truth or believable. I guess its a new defense to murder, move over Twinkie Defense ... we now have the Pop Up ad defense. Good grief.

There has been very little I have believed from the defense during this trial. Do I believe Casey was sexually abused by George? Absolutely not. Do I believe George helped hide the death of Caylee? Absolutely not. But, I have believed from day one that Casey accidentally killed Caylee and then panicked and covered it up. Callously covered it up, no doubt. Casey isn't a good person, no question. But several of the prosecution accusations have no basis. This puzzle will never be truthfully solved. Casey is sociopathic and she is incapable of telling the truth.

Hey monkeys If you google cindy's state depo go to page 172 that is when she talks about the searches .  She def bent her testimony today to help the defense.  She said she was looking up chlorophil bc the dogs were sleeping and getting sick.  Maybe it is a nurse thing but that wouldn't be my first thought to search the internet for bc of a sick dog.

I for one was very shocked when CA said she did the searches!   You could see the defiance in her voice when she was crossed by LDB.  I heard on HLN that a juror put his/her notepad in front of their mouth as to hide an expression.  But it was also said there was not much reaction from the jury.  I have a sister that hasn't followed this case at all and when she saw CA testify today she said, "Wow you can tell she is lying".  She said the smirk and how she recalled in detail of everything.  Also, when asked if she had searched for Chloroform 84 times CA said I did it a few times so I took that to mean not 84 times.  When asked if she did other searches she said I already answered that for Mr. Baez.  This was all rehearsed and rehearsed.  When CA said she was not working that day Baez said something to the effect what a coincidence you brought that up with his cocky little attitude.  We have your work records.  All REHEARSED!!!!
We have to remember 31 days and no one reported Caylee missing.  The only reason she was reported was due to CA being so controlling and wanted to see her.  Now CA is feeling guilty that her daughter is in jail for murder and my get the death penalty due to that phone call. 
I have never felt sorry for them due to their actions from the beginning of all of this.  I hope they all get put in jail.  If they don't get out I hope their lives are a living hell!  Oh and I hope all the dirty attorneys, and witnesses have the same fate as the A's.

I am thinking that CA is the same POS individual who I had to BS her spokesperson and her to get TES to be able to search for missing Caylee. I had to convice Garrison and A's that TES would search for a live Caylee as well as a dead one. That they did both kind of searches.

I think CA should rot in hell for abandoning her innocent grand daughter Caylee.

I think its amazing that Cindy just opened herself up to being charged with crimes as well. Falsifying payroll records and certifying to records. NICE. She will be carved apart in the rebuttal case. I hope she is charged with a crime. I am sure Gentiva is a bit interested that they had an employee that just admitted on a witness stand that she did such a thing.

All the while George has been blamed for this and Casey was a result of him. Hardly, she is the spawn of Cindy. Is it any wonder that George tried to kill hiimself with a slut, murdering daughter and a batshit wife.

She followed Geo home and went back to work.  She went back to work where she told her story and her co-workers thought she was nuts that she was there  and THEY had to convince her to leave to find out what was going on.  On the day you smell a car that smells of decomp and you go back to work, yet you leave in the middle of the day to go home to play google I'm Felling Lucky?

There is also a couple nurses on the jury too!     Computers do NOT do searches while no one is at them.

Strawberry what makes you think it was an accident?  You think accidental overdose? I haven't seen anything in caseys actions that lead me to believe it was accidental although could ultimately end in same sentence regardless
